這是住過最差的一個民宿，優惠後451的價格是真敢要，如果你真要定她家房子，先別下訂單，一定一定一定先看了房間再定，確定條件符合你的標準了在確定，這個房子超過30分鐘就免費取消不了了，發達大廈基本上整棟樓都是做民宿的，人很多等電梯時間特別長，在等房東下樓接我上去看房，用了16-17分鐘，導致超時30分鐘，跟她協商退款要扣除30%的費用，房間的真是情況自己看圖吧，熱水器十年前的，連個漏電保護器都沒有，空調線路臨時走的，床墊硬的很，門關不嚴老是響，縣城的小旅館都比這條件好，到青島第一天住了個這樣的房間太影響心情了

環境：是租賃高層的幾個房間，説是海景房不全對，全是半海景吧，可以看到海軍博物館
衞生：乾淨應該是住宿的最低標準吧，條件差環境差 跟酒店關係不大，可以接受。但是如果衞生沒做好，就是純粹態度問題了。剛進入5分鐘，就發現各種灰塵，手一摸開關、櫃子 床頭也是灰，反饋之後我們出去玩了4小時後回來，也是有一層灰，衹能説就這樣吧
設施：看得出來，設施能省則省。連一次性杯子都是有限制的分開放，也不知道 有沒有用過。。。
服務：一般般吧，能幫忙存放行李還是很感謝的，要是衞生方面能多用心就更好了

第二次在這住了，房間挺大，很乾凈，房東阿姨人也很熱情。酒店地理位置很好，離海邊近，樓下海風吹着很舒服，窗外的紅瓦綠樹也很美。

去火車青島站非常近。出了火車站直走拐個彎兒就到了，去棧橋也很近，周圍吃飯交通非常方便。酒店具體位置在發展大廈裏面，裏面好像全是民宿，環境還可以吧，來看演唱會，衹是睡了一晚，單間沒有窗户略微有點悶，倒是很乾凈，老闆也很好説話。暑期的話這個價格挺實惠的。
