I thoroughly enjoyed my overall experience at your establishment. The staff was courteous and cooperative, and the facilities were excellent. Everything was good. Pool is a walk away, hot springs leaves some to be desired. I liked the sauna though. Nothing actually in hotel, need to walk down the street. Area very nice and secluded though.

First-class service, spacious room with super comfortable beds. Huge selection of breakfast food. The hotel is located in big park with a lake in the middle, the whole area feels like a spa, with all kinds of sport and spa facilities (gym, swimming pool, badminton courts, massages, sauna etc.) You can truly forget about all your problems and properly relax. We didn’t want to leave, and we will definitely come back if we travel to Qingyuan again.

Evergrande really failed. A landmark five-star hotel with old facilities and sloppy sanitation. The hotel has no service at all. The attitude is bad and the questions are ignored.
