My family has one of the nicest experience while our stay. One of the comfiest place I have stayed at heritage khirasara. Fantastic ambience, great authentic food and awesome people & staff. The property has been designed with great heritage attention to detail. Not a single thing out of place. The staff took great care of every need. Wold definitely like to visit again if the opportunity arises.

Due to sudden demise of the Owner in a road accident this property is being run by salaried staff. Who are trying to make merry at the cost of visitors faith on the legacy of this Heritage property. Rooms are okay. Be exceptionally careful while eating ...

I was there with short family stay for a break after a long. I enjoyed every minute over there as property is so beautiful and offers a variety range of services to make you comfortable. Rooms are designed on heritage theme which is eye soothig.Food is delicious and has some quality.Special Thanks to the ***ager Mr. Surendra.

The place khirasara is really a beautiful place to spend time for couple and also for families.the service in all departments are absolutely great. And we were enjoying the delesious Punjabi and gujrati foods .Rooms are very specious and also nicely decorated. And The swimming pool was very enjoyable place for bath and also for birthday celebrations. Thanks to khirasara palace for giving me this type of uniq feelings.

I felt that I was staying in my own palace. The staff is so very friendly and just goes out of their way to pamper you. Your wish is their com***d. This is probably the best hotel in Gujarat. The food was delicious. Specially traditional Kathiyawad food was awesome.

We came by after lunch to have a look around the grounds. We were able to drive to the entrance, and then the valet took the car down to be parked. You are able to come here if you get something from the cafe inside. We had a short walk around the grounds, and it was quite calm and peaceful. It looks like it is set up as a hotel, but it is a bit far from town, so it would be hard to get here without a vehicle. We then decided to rest a bit in the cafe. The menu is online through a QR code on the table. We did plan on getting dessert, but there weren't ***y options, so we decided on drinks instead. I had the watermelon mojito, and that was quite refreshing. It did take a while for the drink to be made though. After the rest, we walked around some more and found the pool area. The area looked very nice and inviting but did look like it wasn't for use at the time. It did look like you were also able to head up the stairs, but we didn't have time since we were on the way to the airport. It was a really nice place to look around and spend an afternoon. I would think that it would also be a nice place for a short getaway too.

Visited this Heritage hotel for two nights to attend a wedding ( the stay was a gift from the host). I was sadly disappointed, my expectations were great considering the title. The room (102) could not possibly have been cleaned or aired for some time. The coat hangar’s had dust on them, Toilet roll (6-7 sheets) I had to ring twice before it was restocked. Two bags of tea ( rang for more - never arrived). Two coffee sachets!, this is never enough or acceptable. The building is the only reason worth a visit. Strongly feel an establishment that lacks ***agerial touch. A crying shame as it could be so much better.

The Heritage Khirasara Palace Rajkot has a different vibe to which makes you feel so peaceful and serene. The hospitality and the experience are beyond excellent. Geereejee and team have been super helpful for the amazing service.

It was an awesome experience to stay in Khirsara Palace. Excellent place to spend with family. Food quality was excellent. Excellent staff. Excellent neatness maintained. All in all an ever lasting impression created in mind.

Worst experience ever.No Air-conditioning, no DTH, no swimming pool,atrocious food and service. To top it all a lying and rude ***ager Mr Surendra Singh. This is their gaming area. Will add more pics n vdos. No help by MakeMyTrip.com – at Heritage Khirasara Palace

The palace does their best to maintain the old memories say with present, a unique combination. And the most cooperation behaviour of staffs and Specially Mr. Nasir ***suri had seen the palace visit likes Queen room, king room, also had click the pictures. at wind and wives, it’s called coffee shop name. He is person. Very cooperative, dynamic, energetic, excellent behaviour, best hospitality and always ready to give his best to the Guests. We pray for his best future.
