Great friendly service, well-appointed room. Nespresso coffee machine in room. Sumptuous breakfast selection. Had the buffet dinner there too - great selection of kebab meats. On the day I checked out, I needed to work during the day - I kept my bags with the concierge after checking out and when I returned to the hotel later, they let me change my clothes in the spa area. Thank you!

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms you could live in easily 365 days a year in absolute luxury. The restaurants are beautiful and the food is excellent. The gym albeit a little small for a hotel of the size is sufficient and the indoor pool lovely. Good location too. However, they lose a star as the hotel staff at front desk and concierge just didn't care. There was no smile on arrival or even any care that you had arrived. They all seemed very unhappy and demotivated. Even the team at breakfast weren't any better. There were three of us travelling on business, so three rooms, and at 5pm none of the rooms were ready, which seemed a little strange, so we went away for a few hours and came back.

At checking in the service and kindness of staff was impeccable . The rooms are clean, hence the two stars. But even in the 6th floor they remain noisy, due to bad location - traffic wise, and they are outdated without enough daylight. Furthermore, due to early leaving in urgency (medical reasons) my stay was shortened with 1 day. The hotel granted me a refund which was perfect (again good service.) But now, a month later, I am still waiting for it… This hotel takes down the Marriott standards. Rooms: Outdated, dark, prison like as many described, but clean! Horeca: Great restaurants! Good service in restaurants. Additional details: office services and finalizations of business matters are poor and below any standards I ever experienced. If you are in the unlikely situation of needing extra assistance and get into an unfortunate position to receive additional help, in this case a refund for one day which was granted, you cannot count on thus Marriott. .

Very basic rooms but OK for a stay. But it's an ibis! I noticed the room price triple in the 5 weeks I spent in the hotel, the staff say it was because Riyadh Season was underway, but that's 6 months a year! Location is perfect with many facilities in walking distance - malls, Kingdom tower food court, restaurants, laundry, etc. There is a coffee shop in the bank lobby next door from 7am, need to be wearing trousers to get in!. Staff were fine, housekeeping were very friendly. Gym was very limited with a couple of treadmills and a pair of 2kg dumbbells! Breakfast was quite good - although they don't open until 7am, they offer a early takeaway breakfast pack depending on who you speak to! But the chef's are really friendly and do a great egg dish! After 5 weeks it gets a little repetitive, but they suggested a few alternatives. I suppose that's what you get for staying so long!! Drainage in the showers was a bit slow and a few strange odours every now and then, but nothing outrageous. Overall, pretty good with no major qualms.

This hotel can be regarded as a hotel. It has good service and good hardware facilities. At least it is safe. There are many Filipino service staff. The food is cheap. The conditions of the room are good in all aspects. There is no comparison and no harm. It is the same as what happened last night. Compared to the Little Black Inn, this place was my savior. The only drawback is that the location is not accurate and it is difficult to find. The check-in gate is on the back of the building facing the road. As a result, after I saw the hotel sign on the road, I looked at the store on the side of the road from beginning to end and couldn't find the hotel entrance.

Hotel from an impression of being older than what is .The bathroom is strange there is the bide !!!! But it doesn't work. There is a shower that instead works. The shower is a little complicated to open and manage the temperature. Facilities very rich toilet. Handsets in the standard but no one near the washing room. LCD TV OK. Take electric OK, in quantity. Bed OK, no noise. Heating you and free coffee as well as water. Fridge bar works but is empty. The room was cleaned . The bathroom was not cleaned . The lounge with the entrance is equipped with Arabia cherry blossoms and dates service. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and I was able to spend it comfortably. The breakfast at the restaurant was buffet style and the omelette was made with my favorite cooking method. Because it was just when the sightseeing visa was released, there was not much knowledge of the sightseeing spot, and when it consulted, it was a correspondence that searched by the mobile phone and the PC, and it was a pity that it did not know many things, but The staff was kind and polite and felt good.
