Property dirty. Elevator very dirty and smelled bad. Room was below average. Bathroom shower/tub had hair in tub….either it needed to be shaved or washed out. Shower head was not adjustable and water hit you in the forehead. In our 4 day trip this hotel was the worst and the most expensive.

The bed springs poked you and creaked badly. The room was in general disrepair, rusted tub, paint missing, broken trim, etc. I saw baby cockroaches in the bathroom. The bed had crumbs in it so obviously not washed between guests. I was concerned about bedbugs bet gratefully that didn't happen. It was tricky to get to off the highway. Will not stay here again.

Well when we first got there the room the had reserved for us had not been cleaned and had food still in the fridge. Second room we killed roaches in. The elevator was scary and we used the stairs the first night because it wouldn’t even come up. We will not ever stay there again.. very disappointed

My name is not Craig...I listed my nephew for one room on another trip and now thats all you have even though they were all my reservations...he was not on tjis trip. The trip was in my name

I got there around 9 pm and I immediately got checked in by someone at the desk. I went up to the 2nd floor. The elevator slammed shut so hard that I thought there was something wrong with it. The room was good. When I woke up the next day, there were small ants all over my bathroom sink. The treadmill and elliptical in the fitness room weren't working. Breakfast was ok. Muffins and some cereal.

The presentation of the hotel was good, however the smell in the hotel was unsatisfactory. The elevator had maintenance issues that need to be addressed immediately! Then once I got to my room I had internet problems that had to be addressed by me switching three rooms, and then the last room couldn’t hold the sustained connection very long without giving out. The room was clean and nice . However the other areas made the stay unpleasant. I hope these issues can be addressed especially the elevator issue whereas the door would close and open and close again before it went to the next floor.

Found a live roach in our bathtub. Fitness room is pitiful. One treadmill, bike and elliptical and the treadmill was broken. Door to public restroom on first floor and lady was locked inside. I booked 5 rooms—4 with king beds and one a double queen. They didn’t get the reservation From ******* correct so we only had king beds which meant 3 people slept in a king bed together.

We reserved 4 king bed rooms and a two queen room. When we arrived they didn’t have a two queen room reservation. They said they would put a roll away bed in one of the rooms and it didn’t happen. Just disappointed that the reservation from ******* didn’t get relayed to the hotel for us to get the proper room.

The staff was amazing but the bathroom did not have a shower curtain. They also had roaches in the bathroom and the room had a smell. I do not recommend this hotel for cleanliness

I appreciate your commitment to continually improving guest experiences. Unfortunately, my stay was not as seamless as I had hoped. One significant challenge was the lack of accessibility for a wheelchair, coupled with no convenient access to the restroom. This posed a significant inconvenience for us during our stay. Additionally, the room we stayed in had an excessive amount of furniture, making it feel cramped and limiting mobility, especially with a wheelchair. This impacted the overall comfort and functionality of the room. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but I believe addressing these issues will significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Very comfortable bed (most important). Plenty of available outlets, fridge with freezer section (good for cold packs), very clean, good size room. The only negative, for me, was the air conditioning: there’s no way to regulate by temperature, and the unit was pretty loud when turned on. Otherwise, everything was very good. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

Bed comfortable, staff nice. Miss road first time and had to go over 5 miles down interstate to turn around, access could be better. Right on interstate so traffic noice can be heard. Nothing special but would stay again. Met our needs for a one night stay.

Very comfortable and clean, great staff, the only complaint was the AC/heat unit didn’t have a thermostat control so we had to get up and turn it on and off all during the night as it would get too hot, the fan never would stop running. Other than that it was great.

The room we reserved (1Room w/ two Queen size Beds) was not what we received in the beginning! However, the management made it up to us by providing us two separate rooms with King Size Beds! Thank You Management!
