Excellent stay

The overall hotel is a bit old, and it is relatively on the outskirts of Chiang Mai. However, it is only about 10 minutes to get to the ancient city by taxi. The breakfast is very ordinary, but the price is less than 2,000 yuan per night, which is a good deal.

The swimming pool is still not very clean.

The location of the school is opposite the temple and the a**osphere of the parking lot looks dull. At first, I got a room next to the shrine. Feel the oldness of the building and give it a smell until you feel like moving, but the receptionist who checks in is very cute. Offer to move rooms and let us see the rooms before deciding if we can stay comfortably or not. The room to choose is new and clean. Wide and the younger staff take good care of the service. The overall area looks old and shabby. should be renovated There are few amenities. Good that the room is spacious, the bathroom is big, the bed is big, the water is strong and there is a balcony to sit out. If traveling alone like us, it will feel a bit strange because of the decay of the school, but if going to many people, it will not feel crowded.

Don't stay in a rubbish hotel, there is no sound insulation at all, it's like sleeping next to the road. Don't stay in junk stuff. The most basic quietness of this rubbish hotel can't be achieved, so stay here if you are not afraid of noise. Too noisy, talking in the next room, road noise.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, comfortable, very comfortable, have a balcony, have a screened door, good a**osphere, but the hotel is a bit far from the city. If having a private car is convenient As for breakfast, according to the price and very good service staff

We stayed here for 4 days during April 2023 with our two children aged 12 and 9. We had a family room, which was spacious and open. Lovely shower, clean and comfy beds with a nice balcony looking over the swimming pool and river. Great air conditioning, and coffee facilities. The location is stunning and is so peaceful with it being out of the main city. It only takes 5 mins to get into the night markets using a Grab costing about 100baht. The breakfast is okay, and we managed to have something everyday, and they were so friendly. The rooms and the resort is tranquil and simply beautiful, however it does need a little updating, and touching up. They were doing some things whilst we were there. The pool was great for the kids and we often had this to ourselves which was perfect. We booked in advance as wanted something coming off the night train from Bangkok and they let us have our room from 9am which was great. If you want peaceful and something relaxing after the busy days of chaing Mai then this is perfect for the price.

An absolutely beautiful location overlooking the river, and fabulous hotel, we found the staff extremely attentive, our room was overlooking the river and pool, the room was nicely decorated with a touch of local theme, the buffet breakfast was great with plenty of choice, we couldn’t fault this hotel in any way. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough 😊 Thank you for your hospitality 👍

I’m not sure if I will be allowed to publish as we (my wife (Thai) , son and myself ended up leaving within 30 mins of arrival. The photos online are many years old and do not represent what you’re getting. the place is quite run down and the rooms and public areas need painting at least. When we arrived at our “relaxing weekend with dinner by the river” there was construction going on, which is going to start at 8am on a Sunday morning! There was no restaurant after 5pm, there was no bar. Felt really cheated. When I requested a refund the front desk manager refused and told me to phone the booking site, which we did, and thankfully they called the hotel who confirmed the points above and the website said they would refund us. A real shame, as the hotel has a great potential with a little work to clean up and decorate.

It's a small school that although it's not new, the rooms are clean. But if people like the wooden style decoration, this place is cute. The location is not too far from the Nimman area, 15 minutes by red car, the rooms are cute, the garden and waterfront view, the breakfast room is cute, the breakfast is light, the buffet is worth the price, overall I like it.
