banging ! best hotel ever i will go again and again and again !!!!

I really enjoyed this hotel the service was great and the facilities were much more than I expected given the great price economy!

Good hotel, reasonably priced and clean facilities

We visited as a family, 10 people aged 14-80. Good value hotel. Very clean all around the hotel and in the rooms. Staff are pleasant, Miguel manages the pool area is awesome. Always beds and a large shaded area. Breakfast has nice selection. Taxi rank outside and a bus stop. On the downsides cleaners are up and about early so a bit noisy. There were a handful of ****** round the pool but in general most people visiting are respectful of others.

Hi, we stayed here for four days Friday 10th to Monday 13th if May with 2 friends, we stayed in a 3 bed room, the hotel is quite small but was extremely clean and the rooms were very good, The receptionist was very rude chcking us in whilst on the phone and talking to the bellboy, ahain just 1 member of staff might not be with you, will still give 5 stars but a few things happened whilst we were here that may not effect you directly, this is not an adult only hotel as we thought, maybe we read it wrong children were in the pool and running around the corridors we didn't mind but for those wanting adult only a heads up, one night the shower didn't have hot water so had to skip again might have been unluckily, we did bed and breakfast, the food selection was lovely for brits abroad egg, sausage, hashbrowns, pancakes, cereal toast, fruit was sufficient no complaints our gluten free friend struggled slightly but she brought her own bread again no everyone will be affected by this. Swimming pool no rush for sunbeds available at 11am, water isnt heated so was refreshing lol, in and out swim. The hotel location was quiet, I would say average health 35 year old women in flip flops heading to nearest beach was 15 minute walk at a good pace. Once by beach lots of bars including o beach which was great and Eden 5 minutes once you got to beach. Lots of cheap shops like spar near by selling Achocol cheap. Overall was lovely stay

A very reasonable price of £550 for the week, including flights and transfers with Tui. The first night, we had requested to move room within a matter of hours of being in the room due to the noise of a group of boys next door. Kicking the walls and door, inhaling ballons outside on the balcony and blaring music. We we initially told there are no other rooms available and we must pay extra to upgrade. We were also told "tomorrow is a new day so see how you go".... The noise got louder as they became more rowdy.... finally we managed to move rooms after pleading with reception staff! Ziane was very helpful and understanding and managed to change rooms! The hotel itself is clean, nice pool area and friendly staff! It appears to be the clientele who stay there that spoil it... Yes it is one of the party hotspots of Ibiza but if you plan on getting any sleep then you may be in for a shock! The shouting, running around and blaring music goes on all night long!

Just returned from 11 nights stay here. Location This hotel is in a really good location, busses to all the local popular beaches and Ibiza town stop right outside the hotel. Within a 15 min straight walk you are at Ibiza egg and 20 min walk to the bus stop. Plenty of good restaurants round here and there is a supermarket nearby (Suma) that has really friendly staff and good prices. Pool area We never had an issue finding a sun bed, there was always plenty. Sunbeds and pool area kept very clean. The pool is really deep, which is great for proper swimming. The lifeguards help to keep the area clean. Some people got offended by one of them when he asked to see their room key to check they were actually staying at the hotel but this was good as it prevented anyone random coming in. They played music by the pool all day. There’s a pool bar serving drinks and food which you can eat in the outdoor dining area or by the pool on your sun bed. Breakfast I actually really enjoyed this breakfast. There was so much variety. Cold meats, proper kellogs cereals, pancakes, lots of pastries, toast, fruit, English breakfast items like pork sausages, bacon, beans, eggs fried, boiled or scrambled. They also have unlimited fresh juices, water and a tea and coffee machine. They have cows milk as well as all the alternatives (soy, oat, almond). I didn’t eat any of the hot food so can’t comment on that, but everything else was fresh every day and tasted good. Breakfast was open 8-10, but at 9:30 it got very very busy with almost every table full. Rooms If this reviews was based on the cleanliness of our room it would be a 1 star. When we arrived the room was pretty dirty, other people’s hair on the floor, dirty shower etc. I gave it a clean how I could. There was dust everywhere, hand marks all over the headboard, wardrobes and mirrors. Rubbish inside the drawers and the balcony was dirty. Every day though we had clean towels and clean bedding which we couldn’t complain about. The room was “cleaned” daily but it was a quick tidy of the beds, fresh towels and a top up of toilet roll rather than cleaning. This hotel would be much better if they gave it a really good deep clean in the quiet season. Rooms are modern but feel old because of the dirt. Our room was backing onto the azuline hotel, and could see dirty furniture and stained mattresses on the floor of their hotel so it was never enjoyable to sit on the balcony. Their hotel was also soooooo noisy. So if you want quiet and a nicer balcony view, avoid block 4. Our bed was comfy, room spacious, fridge worked and our aircon was very powerful. General We ate in the hotel resteraunt one night. It was cheap however wasn’t tasty, there was better options locally. We did notice that they have a live singer on some nights which was popular. Hotel was generally really clean. Reception staff helpful and they sell club tickets. Overall I would stay here again and recommend this hotel, but the rooms need a deep clean

Perfect for a girls holiday!! This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Puchet and I could not fault it!! Me and my friend arrived early on the Monday and our room was all ready for for us to check in! Our rooms was clean and tidy and Staff are friendly and helpful too. There are plenty of sunbeds for everyone and a poolside bar where you can grab some lunch/drinks! 3 supermarkets right next to the hotel which is great! Right next to obeach and a short walk away from the main part of San Antoni. Definitely worth staying in San Antoni where it’s all walking distance for all the day events as either way you need to get a taxi to all the night time events!

Room was horrendously dirty and covered in mould. Mould on the lamps, bathroom tiles, next to the air con and on the walls and ceiling. The shower gel provided by the hotel had the most disgusting smell I have ever smelt ever, can only imagine it was mouldy too. We waited an hour and a half food food, I’ve never waited so long for a panini before. Pool is dirty that when your in it random objects float past you. Lifeguard around the pool is very aggressive about bed moving. There were 7 girls with only 3 beds and we needed more. When we went to get more from around the pool that were not in use he shouted at us to not move and put them back so we all had to all cram on 3 not able to relax properly. We stayed on a ground floor room and the view from our balcony was filthy, random dirty clothes, rubbish and a load of dirty make up wipes scattered all over which all stayed there for the duration for our stay. You couldn’t go bare foot in the room or else your feet would be covered in dirt straight away. Safe and fridge didn’t work. Very disappointed as we didn’t pay cheep for this hotel. Only good things about this hotel is that the cocktails are nice and the reception staff are helpful with ordering you a taxi.

Wouldn’t advise staying here! Cons -air con doesn’t work and had mould growing on it -mould on the ceiling, bathroom tiles, lamps and ceiling lamp -horrendous spell coming from the hotel shower gel that is provided in the room. I have never smelt anything that bad in my whole entire life. I ran out of shower gel that I brought with me and was gobsmacked when I spelt the one they provide. -food wait takes a while when ordering around the pool. I waited over an hour for a panini. -safe and mini fridge don’t work. -my friend who was booked onto the same booking as me, got told that she didn’t have a room and the staff didn’t reassure them that this was going to all be okay. Eventually when they did get a room, the key didn’t work. -the pool in the hotel smells like wee and I don’t think that it’s cleaned regularly.

Staff on reception and at breakfast in the morning were fantastic! There was an excellent selection of breakfast options served between 8 and 10am. It would be nice to have breakfast option a little bit earlier in the morning as we wanted to get up and go, but otherwise we were really happy. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but a busy road outside our room, nothing that ear plugs can't block out though.

Brilliant hotel! We arrived much earlier than our check in time and expected to leave our luggage and come back to check in but our room was available straight away. Reception staff were so helpful, bar staff were great but want to give a special shout out to the life guard, he was super friendly and really helpful to everyone sat round the pool, and always cheerful! Room was really modern and comfortable, we asked to move room on arrival to overlook the pool instead of the road and they switched us straight away. A short walk to the beach but away enough that it was quiet at night. Really enjoyed our stay!!!

Let me start by saying, the air conditioning was none existent, it was like a steam/sauna session in the bedroom, me and my friend complained about it to the reception every single day & they gave us the same excuse that we are fixing it, the next day comes and it’s still the same, we complain they say it should be sorted by tonight the next day comes and it’s the same situation, like come on it’s a hot country you need good air conditioning if I wanted a sauna il just go and sleep in the dessert, and I don’t want to hear oh go and relax by the pool area to be chilled, because I didn’t pay to go and sleep by the pool or get ready for a night by the pool, come on guys it’s 2023 going into 2024 don’t be stingy and get better air con, also there is another problem the gym was disgraceful, where is the health & safety all the weights broken metal pieces dropping everywhere cable wires all over the place, it looks amazing on your pictures but horrific when inside, this hotel is actually a nice hotel just needs to sort out the basics, it’s that simple it’s the basics that needs sorting, thank you I hope they fix these things and let me know when they do so I can back as for now I wouldn’t come back even if it was £100 for a 7 night stay, SPEND THE MONEY ON AIR CON AND GYM EQUIPMENT. Nice, clean hotel within 10 mins walk to the egg roundabout, and around 15 mins to the Bay and Mambos. Stayed in November so season was closed, hotel allowed us to check in early and called us taxis when required. Will stay again.
