I have been in this Hotel it is out of the city centre however, it is very clean, the buffet in the morning was not really good but they offer essential products to eat.

Let's start from the lobby, where you can find a huge nest of bats on the top of the gazebo, that was so scary and disgusting, the bat guano were in the middle of the lobby's floor that can be very dangerous for anyone's health,. Because it can cause histoplasmosis a very lethal lung disease. When we left there was a rat in the middle of the lobby as well. This management should work to improve the hygienic condition of this place. The room was in very poor condition the Ac was very stinking as mold and didn't work properly. The pool was very dirty and old and water filter system didn't work at all. However the personnel of the pool show were offering a good recreation activity. The only thing I enjoyed was the beautiful gardens well maintained, but the rest in this property was messy and dirty they should work to meet the minimum of the sanitary requirements to remain open. Good luck on that. For sure I will never come back. My pictures is to probe I was there , I'm not lying on my review, I think is a place with tremendous potential but with a very poor, negligent and careless and ignorant management.

I’ve been visiting this place since I was a kid and each time the staff has been very warm and friendly. They treat you like family. Over the years I’ve seen constant development to the resort, always adding more rooms for events and amenities. And not to mention some great authentic cuban food
