I booked through ******* on April 17 for a June 2-3 stay and they somehow didn’t check their ******* account for that month and a half, so I didn’t get the room I booked. Gotta sit and wait for a refund. But the receptionist was very nice and the property was clean. Guy hacked his lungs out for about 2 hours next door on Tuesday morning so that was cool, but not the property’s fault.

There was mold in the bathroom, and the door jam had about a half a inch between the door and the jam. Door handle had difficulty locking. It was pretty and it was nice and walkable to everywhere else.

This was our first time staying here and we loved it so much that we will definitely book again next time we visit. We arrived a few hours early and asked if we were able to check-in early but we were not able to. So we went shopping around town to kill time and came back after 3 to see if it was ready, but it was not. So we went to a restaurant down the block to wait until 4. Our room was not ready until after 4:10pm but check-in was at 4... we love that it's right by the beach and that it comes with a kitchen, robes, fireplace, jetted tub and also a fire pit outside to enjoy. The lobby has s'mores kits you can purchase to roast by the fire as well. The only thing that wasn't so great about this place was that the walls are so thin and you can hear when the room/cottage next to you is showering.

I reserved an ocean view room. Did not get the room I paid for. The staff were exceptionally rude. Other guests were extremely noisy even after being reported. I will never stay there again!!!

Our room was right on the beach and promenade in Seaside. It is a nice property! Our slider out to our deck did not lock.

I enjoyed our stay, it was a great time to spend by the coast. The room was small, however the large bathroom and jet tub were a great addition. The staff was friendly and kind, and I felt I could reach out with any concerns. The one downside is the parking, it is very tight to park and dangerous to reverse your way out. Also, it happens quite often if you're annoyed by dogs barking, you will hear a lot of it as most come and stay with their dogs. I would consider staying here again, I appreciate a location close to the prom and the downtown area.

What a great location! The boardwalk and beach are right outside the front door. The room was spacious and provided all we needed for a comfortable stay. The jacuzzi tub was huge and robes were provided for our personal use - a nice touch! Would definitely stay there again.
