I love all facilities here. Staff support me when I need help about my baggage and all my question. I like fitness center that has full functions of exercise. Easy to walk to metropolitan rail transit (sinsa exit 5) and find convenience stores, restaurants & cafes around garosugil. My room has nice view. I will back here soon. :)

The hotel is located close to the metro station and in the city center. The room were large, well-equipped, clean and tidy. The reception service was excellent, check-in and check-out efficient. I am looking forward to my next visit now.

They only provide amenities upon request, which is fine, but do aware. The AC sounds like chirr, cricket sound in most of the rooms Close to Airport bus just right opposite - super convenient

I personally really liked the location, as it was convenient to take a limousine bus from the airport and easy to access downtown Seoul. The facilities are older than I expected, but not bad.

I went with my Dad, the hotel was a bit meh, but it wasn’t bad. It’s good if you’re not planning to stay for a long period of time and you’re just on the move.

This hotel is quite old and the WiFi is slow The room is big enough tho

i feel like the customer service in this hotel are ****** against Thais , I went there at 10 am but they said i can check in at 3 pm so i wait there for many hours and then around 2.20 pm I saw another customer she is probably Korean and she can check in. of course the customer service saw me the whole time when I was waiting there , i so I immediately go to the counter and ask them that can I check in. then they say yes... (because I saw the person check in before 3 PM if they say no, I probably be angry) also, they saw me the whole time they should come and tell me that I can check in right???

It was okay but not perfect.

The hotel is about 4-minute walking distance from the Sinsa subway station. It is a bit old inside the room. I could not find a guidebook of the facilities of the hotel. The gym and swimming pool are attached together, but every time one uses them, KRW11,000 should be paid, even though you are a customer of the hotel. The hotel told me that there would be a penalty if one smokes in the room. However, if the aircon is not on, there is always the smell of smoke in the room.

I went on a birthday trip with my girlfriend. Reserve the best room, top 13th floor, but get a room that is not worth the price paid. The hotel has a good location. But the entrance and exit are very confusing, there are no signs showing the way. Deluxe room 28 sq m? Not as in the review. Stayed 2 nights. The room is still dirty as before. not cleaning Just change the towels. The bathroom has mold and is very dirty. (Everything is very good. Should improve the management personnel. More interested in cleaning) Old hotels can still be clean * All additional services swimming pool fitness Must pay additional money 🙄😒

Eating a buffet and having a birthday party reservation It was okay for the price and there was no view. It was nice to rest Old but good location

It was a quick business trip, quick meeting, quick stay, and a good location, good brand, and good reputation create a good image. Thank you. I'll come again
