1. There are few hotel rooms, most of which are windowless rooms, and the front desk reservation service is not flexible. Daily necessities such as toothbrushes need to be picked up at the front desk, which is a poor experience. 2. There is no master control for the lights in the hotel rooms, and it is very troublesome to turn off the lights. 3. The hotel rooms are basically not soundproof. I basically did not sleep well all night. The sound of opening and closing the elevator was clear. 4. The water provided by the hotel did not have any labels, so I dared not drink it. 5. The hotel front desk told me that there was no breakfast when I ordered it. The management is chaotic.
