Location is great just beside the bus stop into centro storico. Pool area was fab , clean plenty of sun loungers, lovely and quiet just blissful. Beds extremely comfortable. Breakfasts were amazing ( Fruits, jus, coffee, yogurts, different type of eggs and italian bakery etc) 
Will definitely book this hotel again !

Lovely small hotel. We booked after seeing positive comments on trip advisor and were not disappointed. Great staff who were so helpful and really seemed to work as a team to make your stay good. Hotel, pool and grounds were kept immaculately clean. We made a last minute booking in a ”classic room” which was probably a bit more traditional in style than their other more modern rooms but suited our needs and was comfortable, clean and ideal as it was a quiet room on ground floor with outdoor seating overlooking gardens.  Wide range of fresh food for breakfast. The hotel doesn't do evening meals but does snacks/ light bites and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of hotel.  Hotel is located about 40 mins leisurely walk into the bustling historical centre of Sirmione. Alternatively a bus stops directly across from hotel for centre and runs around every 10 mins. A short walk to another bus stop takes you directly to Verona ( for only a few euros) and other lake destinations. We liked the quieter hotel location close to small marina and nice restaurants used by locals as well as visitors.  Staff were very helpful arranging taxis too and from airport ( approx half hour journey) as they can be busy so pre book for important trips.

A lovely hotel in a great location.  Quiet surroundings, with a short walk to a few great restaurants.  €2 for the bus to Simone castle can be caught opposite the hotel, which is a lot easier than driving.  30 minutes to central Verona and 90 minutes drive to Venice.  Both easy to park in outside the main holiday months of July/August.  The lounge area is a great place to sit in the evening to chat or read with a drink and snack. The Service from the staff is excellent, especially from Andrea the happy barman!

First time in Lake Garda and the hotel was perfect. The staff were lovely, rooms were cleaned every day to very high standard. Loved the location as you were close enough to Sirmione but far enough away that it was nice and relaxed. Would recommend this hotel
