The only downside is that the homestay is on the hillside. The room looked clean, but when I walked to the tatami place to see, it was actually full of hair and a lot of sand dust, and then carefully checked the entire room floor, I can only say that there is a lot of dust, a lot of sand and a lot of hair! I can't believe it..... Later, I wiped the floor all over, and the pillow shook the dust before I had a way to rest and would not choose to stay again.

I got so many problems during the check in session and I was really disappointed about the arrangement. I did not received any check in guideline from the hotel before the check in day. When I arrived the location, i released that it is a residential apartment. I called the hotel hotline for help, a lady picked up my call, but claimed no one can speak English. She insisted no one can help me for check in. I called her 4 times, and also keep sending an email and messages asked for a check in guideline, but still no one can help. I can only called Trip.com CS for help, and it was already 00:00 at midnight. I was with my 6 year old son, hang out on the street. Under the assistance from Trip.com, with over 10 calls back and forth, I can finally got in the room, but it's already 2:30am. I spent 3 hours to check in the room.
