3-Star Hotels in Kas

This hotel has a great location, very convenient, right next to the town's main street. There are four main supermarkets within walking distance. The breakfast is delicious, served on the top floor in a nice environment. However, breakfast starts at 8 am, so if you book island hopping or kayaking tours, you might miss breakfast. The second floor is actually the first floor, so if you book a room on the first floor, you need to go downstairs. There's no elevator. Our room was on the second floor, so we didn't need to go up or down. We're unsure if they'll help with luggage. Rooms are in high demand. We booked three nights, and upon check-in, they told us we could have the first room for the first two nights, but we needed to change rooms for the last night. However, on the day of our stay, the front desk noticed we weren't happy about the room change and helped us arrange it so we didn't need to change rooms again. There's no room service during our stay. The room isn't very spacious, but it has a balcony where you can dry swimsuits and towels, and a small refrigerator. However, we felt the power would be cut off when we left the room (it uses a very special card connected to the key), so we wouldn't recommend leaving food like ice cream in the refrigerator. The blankets were thin towels, but that didn't matter because Antalya is very hot. The hotel receptionists were very kind and lent us sparkling water bottle openers and spoons.

This is what a real hotel should be. The owners are very welcoming people, they can speak some English and they are always ready to help you with everything. The structure is very modern and very clean and you can feel the attention for details. Rooms are big and comfortable, they come with a terrace too, the bathroom is also big and the shower comes with a huge quantity of hot water. Breakfast is delicious and there is a swimming pool outside. Location is only 15 mins driving from Xanthos and Letoon. The price is reasonable, but except from many other places you go in Turkey you have the quality. Hope it will be the same in the future and that they won’t increase the price too much as it normally happens for such places, so that we might have the chance to come back again. 😊I personally highly recommend it!

Despite arriving late on the first night of Bayram we received a very warm and friendly welcome. Our every need was anticipated and thst seems to be thd theme of this hotel - they seem to have thought of everything. We had a lovely large room which was modern and fresh with beautiful fixtures and fittings. The bed was so comfortable and we had a big fluffy duvet. The bathroom was very large and well designed. It was spotlessly clean. In the morning the breakfast was absolutely super, presented beautifully and everything of the best quality. It was stunning. The atmosphere was calm and friendly. The whole stay was absolutely top notch and we had no criticisms at all. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is nice, with pleasant and clean rooms. Our room had all the amenities, including a refrigerator and hairdryer. There was a small balcony, where we enjoyed drinking tea. There's no kitchen or washing machine in the room (there might be one in the common area, but we didn't check). Some hotels in Kas at comparable prices do have kitchens and washing machines in the room. We were given an iron for our room at reception without any hassle. The city center is a 2-minute walk away (the walk back up the hill). The amphitheater, where musicians perform in the evenings at sunset, is nearby (a 5-10-minute walk). The events are very atmospheric and free. Overall, the hotel is good; it left a good impression. We recommend it.

The hotel's location is fantastic, facing the Mediterranean Sea with an amazing view. However, the room still had a strong paint smell, and the interior decor left much to be desired. I booked a top-floor terrace room with a 1.5-meter bed. For two people, there was only one small duvet. The mattress was too soft, and the bathroom was tiny. There was no space next to the sink to put a toiletry bag, and the entire bathroom only had one hook, making it inconvenient to hang clothes. Breakfast was a highlight, though. Sitting on the terrace, enjoying the sea view while eating, I had a delicious savory pancake, similar to freshly made ones in China. I hope the hotel makes further improvements.

We stayed in May 2026 and really enjoyed the hotel. We arrived in Kaş very late, around midnight. Despite this, we were checked in. The room was clean; they cleaned and changed towels every day. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was spotless. A kettle, coffee, sugar, and tea were provided in the room. Soap and shampoo were provided in large dispensers. The location is excellent—no more than a 5-minute walk to the main street. The free beach is a 30-minute walk away, while the paid beach is 7-10 minutes away. Excellent views from the terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful. On the downside, the sound was very loud and the breakfast was monotonous, but you won't go hungry. The photo shows the terrace with breakfast.

Location: 💯 Service: 💯 Room: 💯 Cleanliness: 💯 Right in the heart of the small town, very accessible and easy to find. The cleanliness, hospitality and service is impeccable. Complimentary fruit platter was delivered to our room to our surprise. They also proactively asked for our check in timing and help us with our luggage from car drop off area which we highly appreciate. There were also breakfast in the morning with decent selection. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and definitely will stay this place if we ever visit again🌟

Pros: The hotel rooms are new and the interior design is beautiful. Value for money. Cons: The staff is very uninformed, uninterested, and not customer-focused. Breakfast is poor, and the restaurant kitchen is very unhygienic. They pushed two single beds together to make a double bed. Despite explaining the problem, there was no solution or solution-oriented communication. Trip.com customer representatives were very helpful, but they couldn't solve the problem and instead gave us a chip. If you're wondering how a hotel with such beautiful architecture can't be run, you can stay. This hotel, which should contribute to the country's tourism sector, is harming it with its poor service quality. I hope the service quality improves.

There are a lot of hotels on the peninsula. It may be due to the off-season in winter that many hotels are not open. This Peninsula Hotel is very good, with a good environment and a good view from the room. It has two small swimming pools. It will be very good for summer vacation👍. The room is a little smaller, but it's okay. There is a small terrace where you can enjoy the sea view and take pictures😄 Thank you very much to the guy at the front desk (unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of him, he is slightly fat, dark, and has a round face). In the evening and In the morning, he helped us charge the rented tram, and connected a long power ***** from the front desk. If we didn't recharge the electricity, we would probably be exhausted, and it wouldn't be enough to drive from Kas to Antalya. The hotel breakfast is also very good. It is not a buffet but is arranged according to the number of people. All in all, I feel very beautiful and happy on this island😀 Thank you🙏
