3-Star Hotels in Kas

Hotel location is very good, on the edge of the OTOGAR of KAS town, about 100 to 200 meters away, the town is not big, it is very convenient to go anywhere. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. around is very prosperous. The hotel is a small white building, on the slope, its first floor is underground, so when booking, it is necessary to emphasize the room above the second floor. The breakfast is good, on the top floor, the scenery is excellent, you can enjoy the view while eating. The room size is small and the facilities are a bit poor.

This was basically one of the most comfortable hotels we stayed at during our trip to Turkey. It's very modern, the service is excellent, and the facilities are new and clean; everything was just great. We drove there, and in these smaller towns, you can usually park anywhere, so we just parked right in front of the hotel. Plus, the restaurant/bar across the street, which played really loud music, was surprisingly good. It looked a bit flashy, but both the presentation and the taste exceeded our expectations.

This is what a real hotel should be. The owners are very welcoming people, they can speak some English and they are always ready to help you with everything. The structure is very modern and very clean and you can feel the attention for details. Rooms are big and comfortable, they come with a terrace too, the bathroom is also big and the shower comes with a huge quantity of hot water. Breakfast is delicious and there is a swimming pool outside. Location is only 15 mins driving from Xanthos and Letoon. The price is reasonable, but except from many other places you go in Turkey you have the quality. Hope it will be the same in the future and that they won’t increase the price too much as it normally happens for such places, so that we might have the chance to come back again. 😊I personally highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect — right in the heart of the Old Town, so everything is within walking distance. The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming; she helped us arrange a transfer, which we really appreciated. The room is on the smaller side, but very cozy and well-equipped with everything you need. The only minor downside is that it can get a bit noisy at night due to a nearby disco, but nothing a pair of earplugs can't fix. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily come back again!

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! We loved our Greek-style room, which had two balconies. One of them offered a beautiful partial view of the sea, which was especially lovely. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options, including fresh pastries and fruit. You can also ask the staff to prepare an egg dish, and there is a coffee machine available. The sea view from the breakfast area is simply fantastic. There are drinking water dispensers throughout the hotel, which is very convenient. The beach is just a two-minute walk away, and hotel guests can use the beach free of charge. Beach towels are also available at the reception desk. The rooms are cleaned upon request, which we found very convenient. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel.

We stayed in May 2026 and really enjoyed the hotel. We arrived in Kaş very late, around midnight. Despite this, we were checked in. The room was clean; they cleaned and changed towels every day. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was spotless. A kettle, coffee, sugar, and tea were provided in the room. Soap and shampoo were provided in large dispensers. The location is excellent—no more than a 5-minute walk to the main street. The free beach is a 30-minute walk away, while the paid beach is 7-10 minutes away. Excellent views from the terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful. On the downside, the sound was very loud and the breakfast was monotonous, but you won't go hungry. The photo shows the terrace with breakfast.

Great location in the old part of town. It was quite quiet in the winter, except for the sounds from the kitchen – the cook arrives promptly at 7:30, and you can hear the clatter of dishes, perhaps chairs, and other things. Very clean, spacious family room. Friendly staff. Two cats live at the hotel.

Liked the hotel. This is not the first line, but very close to the beach. Comfortable rooms. Cleaning was daily. Pleasant, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet. Of the minuses: audibility, proximity to the neighboring hotel (very close, you can see and hear what the neighbors are doing opposite)

Loved this hotel! We stayed as couples. It had its own private pool, two large beds, and a big shower. The grounds are very pretty! From the hotel, you can take a trip to the Lighthouse Beach Club. 10 out of 10!

There are a lot of hotels on the peninsula. It may be due to the off-season in winter that many hotels are not open. This Peninsula Hotel is very good, with a good environment and a good view from the room. It has two small swimming pools. It will be very good for summer vacation👍. The room is a little smaller, but it's okay. There is a small terrace where you can enjoy the sea view and take pictures😄 Thank you very much to the guy at the front desk (unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of him, he is slightly fat, dark, and has a round face). In the evening and In the morning, he helped us charge the rented tram, and connected a long power ***** from the front desk. If we didn't recharge the electricity, we would probably be exhausted, and it wouldn't be enough to drive from Kas to Antalya. The hotel breakfast is also very good. It is not a buffet but is arranged according to the number of people. All in all, I feel very beautiful and happy on this island😀 Thank you🙏
