I had a great experience at Trinity Hotel. The location is very convenient, just 10 minutes by tram from the tram station and the city centre is around the corner.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room is spacious, clean and with all basic amenities. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, but with the duvet and the heating off it was still a bit too hot during the night.
I enjoyed the breakfast, it has very convenient start time during the week and weekends and I personally found many things I liked such as fresh bread and jam, pancakes and cakes, as well as cheese, eggs and many savory options. I particularly loved the pancakes!!
I would stay at the Trinity Hotel again and I recommend this hotel.

This is a good looking hotel that looks like it used to be busy. There is a closed lobby lounge that fosters that look. The room was large, had a mini bar, BUT did not have individual heating controls. (and the odd thing is their website says they DO have individual heating controls, which I would just assume they would). I was given a small electric heater in the afternoon when I asked about heat. The hotel is situated perfectly, right on the tram line and right at the entrance to downtown. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very pleasant. I would return here.

A wonderful hotel with easy walking distance to the old town! Staff was very friendly and welcoming when I arrived and throughout my stay. I will stay again when I am back in Olomouc!

Very central location, close to shops, restaurants and within walking distance of main attractions. Friendly staff. Ttam stop in front of the property. Spacious room. I would recommend this hotel.

From the train station, take tram 7 right to the front door. Check Google Maps for directions. This is a great hotel to stay in. It is completely soundproof. I have a view facing the main street and I hear no noise. Also, no noise coming from the rooms around me. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, there was a small fridge, a safe, a large desk and a comfortable rocking type chair. A good buffet breakfast is served and numerous items available. Old town can be reached in about 5 minutes, a large shopping mall about a 15 minute walk away. No minuses for this hotel, all pluses.
