This is the fourth hotel we've stayed in during the holiday, having stayed at Hiltons, Marriotts, and high-rise hotels. My child said this was his favorite.
The environment is truly wonderful. The room we booked has a private courtyard in front, with beautiful greenery, and a viewing platform in the back, facing the water. The room also has a tea room and living room, all fully equipped.
I was a bit nervous about choosing this hotel on the website, wondering if it would be like the JW Marriott in Qufu, with a tram to the room. The walk from the room to the lobby took quite a while, which was quite cumbersome.
It was almost 10 PM when we checked in, and the staff was very professional and efficient in checking us in. They gave us a gift and a scenic spot ticket.
They guided us to the front door.
Because it was late at night, the courtyard lights were off. After checking in, I gave my child a bath and went to bed.
The next day, I woke up and saw the courtyard, which was truly stunning. My child was also pleasantly surprised.
The hotel is directly connected to the scenic spot, thanks to the overall planning of the project.
I was very satisfied and highly recommend!
[Three Suggestions]
1. The TV remote in room 6101 was dead. I wasn't sure, but when I opened the battery compartment, I saw bite marks from the previous guest. Apparently, I'm not the first person to experience this. 😂 Since it was already past 10:00 AM when I checked in, I didn't want to bother the front desk staff.
2. Each person in the room should have two pillows, one high and one low, or one firm and one soft. One pillow is definitely too low for me, so I made do with the sofa.
3. There were a lot of mosquitoes. I know, with a lawn in the front yard and a water feature in the back, it's hard to avoid them. There was a mosquito repellent lamp in the yard, but it wasn't turned on. It would be best to implement specific countermeasures to address this issue.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, especially the lobby and guest rooms, with complete facilities and equipment, making people feel very comfortable and relaxed. Checked in at three in the morning, the service of the front desk lady was also very warm and thoughtful, and poured us warm black tea, which made us feel very kind and warm. The location is superior and the transportation is convenient, parking is free, and the breakfast tastes good and has a rich variety. When we checked in, we upgraded the room for free, and I also had water to take with me when I left the store, which created a feeling of home for friends. I gave it a full five points because Ms. Zhu at the front desk was warm and gentle, introduced meticulously, and solved problems quickly. I forgot to bring my identity. I got the certificate, and the online registration is smooth and silky. It doesn't matter if there are flaws in the hotel facilities. Humanity can make up for it. GGoodnessI over enjoyed my stay. Everything you see on the pictures is exactly what you get upon arrival but make sure to inquire about swimming pool in advance if it’s operating or not. The stuff can’t speak English but they were so helpful and friendly. The view outside was exactly what I wanted. I would recommend it to those who need quiet and nice place to vacay.

Check-in was quick and attentive, and they provided helpful information about nearby attractions and hotel amenities. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, which gave me a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries were high-quality. The hotel's location is perfect, with numerous shopping malls and restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. I was completely satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!
