The service very good 👍 nice location like to much this hotel 🏨

This is kind of a last ditch property at best. We settled at this property as most others were sold out. What we paid for the night was a complete ripoff as compared to the price paid, wow!!!

When we went to check out the guy was outside smoking and it clearly states no smoking. When we told him we were ready to check out he said ok and finished his cigarette. No hurry to take care of his customers at all.

Conveniently located for travel in and around Tampa. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and efficient.

The property is under renovation which is good but the room i was in had no closet. Breakfest was terrible.

Construction at 8am on Sunday making lots noises. Ac didn’t work right. Breakfast want practically nothing

At no fault of the hotel but the person next to me was noisy & disruptive through the night. The website did not mention the hotel having on-going construction however there was a sign at thd front that construction would be taking place between the hours of 9-4. My room lacked proper cleaning after construction, debris & dust still throughout.

The staff was polite, and competent. Overall look of the place was very comfortable enjoyable stay

Quick trip in and out of Tampa. Hotel is old, somewhat clean except the room had dirty towels left behind the door. Looked more like a cleaning towel but either way shouldn’t happen. Bed is old and out of date as well.

It was just a quick stop on our way to Miami. Hotel was very dirty. Had to clean toilet seat and brown residue was left on the toilet. Shower dirty and the room are very dim.

The staff was nice, but the 2nd floor smelled and the room was not the cleanest. Sticky counters and roaches

The room that we received was the handicap room on the first floor. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, pillows, and comfortable, shower area not acceptable. The entire state was unpleasant and we didn’t get much sleep, certainly not worth money paid

So overall great stay other than the parking the spaces were not wide enough and they did not have enough to accommodate the entire facility all at once

No towels in the room when we got there the next day they still didn’t bring clean towels room was disgusting. Breakfast was far from what they advertise and then when asked about getting more food out there, they gave attitude.
