Love the hotel design. All guests who booked the hotel get to redeem free coffee from the reception. Freshly brew and it’s good stuff! The hotel is just opposite famous Tianjin Joy city shopping mall and the metro Gulou station is directly linked to it. So convenient and the mall has many food choices and shopping too. Stay for 1 night in a cosy room.

Location is quite easy to missunderstand because the it is in chinese, but it just in the building so just go to the building and find it. In the summer, some room smell quite humid. There are many mini diner around, you will not see guests because it’s all delivery, but you dine in too. Subway is in the joy city mall, so go into the nall and get to the subway instead. Quite shocking with the very good robot room delivery service, you can ask for some food delivery too, just make sure to give back money through alipay.

Great location, central to everything. It’s ina dingy looking building though, but the inside is lovely. The lobby is beautiful

Well the hotel was nice. Room was pretty new, but it wasn’t very clean. The shampoo and shower gel provided were used, which was kind of strange. Overall the location is super, stuff is very nice and the hotel is very cozy. The most important is that they accept foreigners. I would recommend the hotel to my friends.

The hotel location is superb. Right opposite the hotel was a big shopping mall with the metro located at basement. Plenty of restaurants close to the hotel. Customer service is good and the robot delivery served us well too.

It is extremely unique, clean and nice place for people to stay. I love it 💛

Really enjoyed, location is great just across the street from joy city, and the manager women helped me a lot, and her english was great, workers are so polite, so clean, really safety, Would recommend

not too far away from Metro. A large shopping mall right next to the hotel. it is a good budget choice if you don’t expect a nice view from the window.

Nice hotel for stay

Quite hard to find the place but the room is big and well decorated.

They did not provide the free water bottles and coffee/tea bags on my second day there. 😕 The walls are thin, I could hear guests who stayed in the room next to mine. Apart from that it was okay and the reception area and lobby smell really nice. 😌

Check în process was pretty fast. Room was big enough for 3 people. Although the breakfast could be a bit better it was still filling regardless: Front desk people were very kind and even recommended a few great restaurants. And yes they do accept foreigners We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very comfortable, with a free room upgrade. It is a coffee-themed hotel with free coffee in the lobby. The front desk service was very considerate, with free mineral water as a farewell gift, and a treasure box - which provided free Band-Aids, disinfectant wipes, facial cleanser, floral water and other items. It was a great stay, highly recommended!
