Hotel GHT Costa Brava & Spa

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe in this resort and hotel. Very family friendly. Room is clean and comfortable and air con works very well. Pool area is fab, plenty of sunbeds and pool cafe is lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great staff especially Anna on the grill Great facilities Great food Everything wonderful The transfer drops you off at the bus depot, just cross the road and straight down the main road opposite and it's down a side street on the left, sat nav is great 5 minutes walk. The spa is free to use and wonderful

This hotel is a little gem- don’t want to tell everyone though! It is so clean everywhere and the food is just amazing - great quality and so much to choose from. The staff in the restaurant are the best! Only a short walk to the beautiful beaches and lovely shops and bars too. Tossa de Mar is unspoilt and simply stunning.

Lovely clean hotel, small but nice pool area, staff on reception very helpful, food was very good (seen some bad reviews but can honestly say there was plenty and a good variety, there are microwaves available for the moaners that said the food wasn't hot, its a buffet so not everything is going to be piping hot anyway! although we didn't feel the need ever to warm any up) rooms were great and lovey and cool. Beach and shops close by, the entertainment team get everyone involved , most guests are Spanish and French which was a nice feeling that the British hadn't completely taken over we felt! We had a great holiday (2 adults and children aged 11 & 7) Would have no problem staying here again.

The rooms are small but clean, the cleaning ladies are doing their jobs. Still, there is a strange smell at the third floor. The food is very various and good and you can choose from a lot of dishes. Last Saturday dinner, there were 2 chocolate fountains too with candy bar. The grill lady is very nice, friendly and full of energy. Also, there are daily activities for kids. I didn't like at all the life guard at the pool, a small guy with beard, he was on shift arround 9 august. He brought 2 friends who stayed at the pool all day for free and they were jumping în the pool, shouting and running the stairs bothering all the customers and nobody said anything from the hotel. Get rid of this life guard and save some money spent for nothing.

We spent a lot of time researching hotels in and around the Costa Brava area as part of a holiday package deal, and we settled on this hotel in Tossa de Mar. Overall, this was a great hotel and we were very happy we'd chosen it. Tossa as a resort if great for families and much quieter (and cleaner/tidier) than Lloret which is further down the coast. The hotel is minutes walk from the beach, with lots of shops around, and a few minutes walk from a big supermarket. The hotel is well presented, and clean, with everything you'd need. Reception staff were helpful and our room was a good size with everything you'd need. The pool gets busy, but we didn't witness crazy people trying to grab sunbeds first thing in the morning. The lifeguard keeps an eye on beds that have been reserved with no one around, and we witnessed towels being removed, which was good. Plenty of sunbeds in and out of the sun, and a small bar by the pool. The spa is well appointed too. The food was good, and quite varied. Lots to choose from and each mealtime was slightly different. The restaurant can get busy, but if you pick the right time you'll have no problems. We stayed full board, so had to pay for drinks, but they weren't expensive. A large beer, equivalent to a pint, was about £3. Evening entertainment was pretty good. I've seen some shockers in other Spanish resorts, but this was good. Singers, a magic act, a quiz and some bingo. A lot of aimed at younger kids, even up to 9/10pm, so if you're after an adults-only holiday, maybe this hotel isn't the best, but we went with 3 kids aged 12-17 and they stayed around for the entertainment too.

Most great hotel SPA in Costa Brava!We love it!Everything was just fine ,Spa,food,service,location!only just small problem,no king-size beds in DBL,and little short extra beds!But it ok,any way!Muchas Gracias for all staff there!🥳🥳

Staff were great . Reception were great hotel itself was great no problems with sun beds . And food was great what more could you ask for . Location was also great. The town of tossa de mar was also great clean and modern would definitely go back there
