Excellent overall! It would be even better if the Japanese and Italian restaurants were open. The restaurant by the front desk was also good; the mushroom rice and steak were the best meals I've had in Saudi Arabia these past few days, really hitting the spot. The entire pickup and drop-off process required email communication, and we had to provide the driver's license and insurance. We traveled from AlUla, which took about 4 hours. We had arranged a taxi in advance, and everything went smoothly.

Great hotel with top of the line facilities. The experience was comparable to our trip to Bora Bora. The over the water villas have a very futuristic design. The amenities and facilities were truly exceptional. The staff was very professional and always asked for feedback in order to improve. My family and I are on an expat assignment in KSA and we will definitely come back to this resort while we are here.

This is a popular hotel with average service and no attractions. Just one night to take photos is enough. It is not as good as the Ritz-Carlton Hideaway on the next island.

You won't know what it means to "travel for a place, no matter how far, worth crossing the ocean again and again" until you've visited Shebara! Our Red Sea adventure in Saudi Arabia hasn't even finished yet, but my husband and I are already planning and looking forward to our next trip to Shebara. You can imagine how breathtaking this place, the closest thing to an alien world, is! The service was impeccable, and dinner was exceptionally delicious. I don't remember someone suggesting elsewhere that there wasn't much food here, so I should bring instant noodles. Personally, I disagree. I almost brought instant noodles and missed out on such a delicious dining experience in such an impeccable atmosphere! The shisha here is amazing. After dinner, my husband and I each enjoyed a chilled shisha until 11:00 PM. I was amazed by the wonderful Shebara Hotel. I'm also very grateful to Ctrip and my dedicated customer service representative, Yilun, for their tireless support throughout our trip! A memory will always be cherished. This is a wonderful place I'll definitely be returning to soon!

I’ve visited Shebara several times now, and the architecture and views never fail to impress. The location, activities, and spa are exceptional. That said, the service (particularly the buggies and concierge) could be improved to match the overall standard of the resort. Regardless, I’ll certainly return again.
