It was not very good when checking in. The room was booked for 3 people, but it was not ready. The receptionist went missing for 15 minutes to sort the room out.
We were expecting robes in the room as advertised. There were none.
Good location, a short walk to the centre of Vienna.
No cups in room
Coffee machine in room but no pods
Balcony was adequate but only 2 chairs when room was booked for 3
Marks on pillowcase, was not changed

There was no bottles of water in the room and they were out of stock at the reception.
The toilet is extremely old and tight, if you are above 150cm height you can’t seat in it without touching every wall.

The kitchen as well as the bathroom wasn’t fully equipped. There was a recurring power outage.

Great location, very comfortable bed, however be aware if you like to have tea & coffee for your room better to bring your own as the hotel only provides 1 lot on your first night & you won’t get any more after that. Only gripe I had was that the sink is far too close to the toilet & the glass shelf above it is in a dangerous place almost cracked my head on it a few times.
