The air-conditioning was horrible. The room was looking at the back of a building. Only get odd numbered rooms. Never lower than the 3rd floor. Front desk staff was not helpful. I will pick a different hotel on my rerurn.

So long as your room in odd numbered it’s good. Right now I am in 302. Horrible

Good place for the budget, clean and friendly staff. Internet was spotty, sometimes no internet at all.

The staff never answer the phone. A coffee shop on the first floor at evenings has a high music volume until 11:00pm

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Feels safe. There's always someone in the lobby. There's a little cafe right across the doorway exit. Convenient, but pricey; and an Oxxo at the corner. Watch your step, the sidewalks aren't always even and you could encounter an open manhole. Breakfast was fantastic. The only down side is that the beds are super uncomfortable. They are very hard. If you're looking for soft or fluffy, you won't find that here. Also, strange enough, we called the front desk to ask for an extra blanket and they never delivered it. The pic advertised of the pool is located across the parking lot in the City Express Jr.

Room smelled poorly and the hot water didn’t work properly.

Started with a room bathroom too small, close to a very very loud elevator, loud guests dirty corridors

Room assigned wasn’t able to sleep due to noise coming from I believe the room above. Staff was great on assigning another room. Thank you

Double beds are really small and uncomfortable, pillows same and hard

Beautiful place with comfortable beds. Quiet and pet friendly. The charges for pets were unreasonable but other than that, excellent.
