We got a friendly help in check and got to leave our bags until check in time. Got a big room on level 9. King size bed, soffa and comfy chair. There is a big counter with office chair if you need to work. Tv, mini fridge, kettle, microwave, safe. The bed and linen were really nice. Bathroom with a shower and plenty of space for all your hygien stuff. We did not use the restaurant or valet service. But all the staff we meet was friendly. I would come back if I visit Washington DC again. The hotel is just a few minutes from the metro red line, close to the city center and all the sights.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Noma district. There's a Harris Teeter supermarket just around the corner downstairs, and a Trader Joe's a few hundred meters north. The closest metro entrance is 100 meters away, and another is about 200 meters, with a 7-Eleven next to it. Noma, in general, is very new; the streets are clean, and it looks much newer than many other areas in DC. It feels quite safe at night, with many apartment buildings around, housing a lot of working professionals. There are also plenty of dining options, including fast food. The room was relatively quiet, with typical Hilton amenities, though some facilities showed a bit of wear and tear, which wasn't a major issue. The staff, mostly Black or South Asian, were polite, enthusiastic, and easy to communicate with.

The hotel's location is pretty good, close to the train and metro stations. It's very convenient with supermarkets, pharmacies, and coffee shops nearby. Getting downtown by metro is also easy. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is a bit noisy.

Good experience - a decent walk to Union Market. Had a gym although it smells like the pool since it’s right next to it.

It's alright. There's a supermarket downstairs, and it's quite close to the subway station, which makes transportation convenient.

We loved our stay here, nearly central, cleaned and neat, has microwave inside the room, ice machine at the corner of the hallway.

The hotel was pretty good. There's a supermarket and a Starbucks nearby, and it's not too far from the subway station. The front desk service was excellent. However, after checking out, they charged me $11, claiming it was for bottled water, which we actually didn't use from the room. Trip.com helped me resolve the issue.

It took me about 10 minutes just to check in, and the reception staff weren’t very friendly.

Good. Location is bit far for walking distance to white house and other central attractions. But love the space of the room and staff behavior. Deff. come back again.

The hotel itself is actually pretty good. The room was clean and spacious, even though breakfast wasn't included. The location is excellent though, very close to the subway exit. However, there was a small incident: we were charged $22 after checking out, and we're still waiting for the hotel's response. Hopefully, we'll get a reasonable explanation.

Check-in took over an hour because we were told the room wasn't ready yet. Upon entering, there was also an unpleasant odor. However, the room itself was incredibly spacious; the 'King's Room' certainly lived up to its name. The value for money was exceptional, and the amenities were quite comprehensive.
