It's quite satisfactory, clean and tidy, cost-effective, and the location is good. The service staff, including the restaurant on the second floor, are all Africans. I don't know if it's because the neighborhood is an African-American community, but the service is good and it's worth staying again.

My towels all had stains on them. The chair was caked in questionable stains as well. Hot tub was out of order. Front desk tried to charge me for parking at check out when I did not have a car.

When i booked this location I thought it was for the downtown location, so i was a bit bummed as we walked there, but the location the hilton was in was awesome so glad we ended up here. The staff also was super helpful and nice when were checking. Definitely will come back to stay here when I return to DC.

Average hotel, no big complaints. Disappointed the jacuzzi tub was out of order and that they no longer had a roof patio. Wish they'd remove these things from their website.

I initially stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago, and had a terrible experience. The customer service from the front desk manager was non existent. I also work up to finding bed bugs crawling on my pillow. I contacted Mr. Ahmed, the general manager, and he wouldn’t return my call. My admin re booked this hotel in error this weekend, and scheduled it from Friday to Sunday, but erroneously put Saturday to Monday. I immediately called the property, which I then spoke with the audit manager who assured me there wasn’t going to be a problem, and he’d call me back if there was. Once I went to check in Saturday, the front end manager said my stay was canceled and not refundable. I still had an additional night, and if for no other reason providing quality service, she refused to help me, and I was stuck having to pay for a new reservation at a different hotel. Even if you can’t be of assistance, be kind, and make an effort to a loyal customer.

My stay was lovely excluding check in. The front end manager advised me my room wasn’t available which was fine. I provided my phone number for a callback. I came back again and sat in the lobby to wait; I was surprised to see multiple people checked in in front of me. I went to touch base and my room was available; I just hadn’t been contacted. I was annoyed until I went to get my bags with the Front Desk Manager and noticed my phone number in the trash. Really disappointing.

The elevator was broken. The bathrooms werent updated. Said we could do early check in over the phone and then could not. Our rooms werent available at regular check in.

Couches in the suites are in really bad shape, ripped up, broken, smelly. Not my first stay but just may be my last. It’s really a motel in a nice area with a nice building and nice staff. But very motel like. Elevators are always down. There are 3 but only one works and I’ve stay about 3 times months apart. Same issue. Housekeeping came in my room when the sign to not enter was there but didn’t come when the sign was missing and I even called to request sheets and towel change. If the staff wasnt so pleasant, I definitely would’ve just checked out and found somewhere else. The water pressure is terrible, bathroom sinks are clocked, each time and there’s a smell when you run the sink water. I didn’t do a review the last two times but this time it was too much.

Beds were fine and it was clean, plenty of towels, and employees were responsive. However the furnishings were shabby and not charming. Also there was only one elevator for the 13 floors, so waits were long and stops frequent. Stairs were unavailable to access floors. The food offered was lacking in healthy options. The experience was third rate, definitely would not stay there again.
