Location is great. But the service is very average, the room keeper even threw my pajama onto the floor when she cleaned the bed. Although the room is spacious, the amenities are so bad. The AC heating is very noisy in my room. The worst thing is the air quality. I got sneezing all the time for three consecutive days during the stay; at first I suspect I got a flu or even covid, but when I got back home every symptoms were gone. It was just in the hotel room that my nose was running badly.

The room is relatively big, the location is in the city center, very close to the attractions, overall it's pretty good

The room is small, the bathroom is big, but the tea room, dressing room, and bath are very unreasonable. I have stayed in the worst hotel. It really doesn't match the price. There are no slippers and water. I will give you a follow-up call. No exhaust fan, pure natural dehumidification after bathing, no equipment at all,

The second stay, classic style, great location.

There’s doors in this hotel that needs to be removed and they know and don’t do anything about it! I was locked out on my own room because of an unnecessary door that the hotel needs to remove. Worse even their master key does not work on these doors… talk about safety!

Love the character!!! And the Venetian Lounge! The bartender (Nathan from Mass?) was very nice to chat with. Our daughter just moved to DC from Mass and Nathan was very helpful with his suggestions. Great place!!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room nicely appointed, modern without losing its old-school charm!

Resturant was amazing! Room was super clean. Only negative is that the TV was horrible. No channels and terrible picture:(. Really needs updating.

This place was convenient and comfortable and a good price. The staff was wonderful, especially the doormen. The only negative was that the outlets in our room either didn’t work or weren’t in convenient places. I couldn’t plug my phone in by the bed, and I couldn’t plug the hair dryer in by the sink/mirror. I had to move furniture to get plugged in. The TV and WiFi weren’t great- poor reception. Quick walk to metro and bus stop, and great food options just steps away.

So hotel is nice. Can tell old floors stil installed under carpet with the squeaky noises. Shower drained slow. TV is small and not hd cable. More like 720p with antenna.
