This hotel is amazing! We loved it, the only thing to note is that it’s quite a journey from Ella (around 45 mins). I would suggest staying at Ella for 1 night or so and experiencing that, then visiting and unwinding here. The staff, food and room were all fantastic.

Very satisfying experience

One of the finest properties i have ever visited and the natural beauty is stunning. Very beautiful relaxing rooms ans the views are heavenly!! The staff ans service is one of the best you can expect in sri lanka The butler alocates for us " Udesh" was new and yong but he truly went the extra mile to take care of us, hosputality is in his blood. I will visit here more often in the future Simply love it all at Kaduruketha

One of the best hotel we stayed. The 1st experience for us in a luxury hotel in the surrounding of paddy fields. The environment was so peaceful and we had a very good relaxing family time with board games. Jetwing hotels everywhere has the best food; and this one didn't make it false too. No buffet, but full course meal was provided with couple of choices. For kids they had separate menu to choose as well. Most of their food had a touch and flavor of village and found it was natural all the ways (even the food colors were taken from vegetables and flowers). Their fresh juices are so tasty. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The farmers in the fields explained about the plants and the cultivations.

Serene and Calm resort set in middle of a jungle and paddy fields. We were there only for a night but loved every bit of it. An experience to connect back with nature and Mother Earth. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Thanks to the ladies who helped us with arrival, our butler Thushali and the Restaurant Manager. Must visit if you want to enjoy authentic Sri Lankan food. Would love to visit again if ever im in Sri Lanka. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There are a lot of descriptions of how amazing the hotel is and how unique the concept of agro-luxury presented by Jetwing Kaduruketha is. And this is all more than true. Everything there is beautiful, unique and completely natural. But my review is about the people who run the hotel and work there. This is kindness, a big heart and unique humanity. I booked a stay in Kaduruket for one night and that day there was an accident and I broke my elbow. The hotel manager Hishan and Salini brought me to the hospital and stayed with me all the way until it became clear that I would be hospitalized. During the entire 7 days of my stay in the hospital, they bought food, clothes and bed linen for me, although this was not necessary (the accident was my fault). I was traveling alone, no one was with me, and if it weren’t for their support, I don’t know how I would have survived all the difficulties with the operation, etc. So when I was discharged from the hospital, due to my gratitude and complete happiness with the hotel, I stayed for 11 more wonderful nights. Thank you so much to everyone!!! in the team of Jetwing Kaduruketha, you have become real my Sri Lankan family.

I recently visited Jetwing Kaduruketha for the second time with my family, and it was just as memorable as the first. The resort offers a variety of unique and delightful experiences that are perfect for families. The staff treats guests like family, always ready to assist and make us feel like old friends. My kids absolutely loved it there and kept asking to stay for weeks. One of the highlights for us was the food — everything served is not only delicious but also organic, sourced right from their own farms. Highly recommended for a family getaway!

Very relaxing and well looked after. Beautiful location looking over the rice fields to the mountains. Hotels in Ella were full so we were booked in here... half an hour away from all the sites. Rooms were big and very comfortable... enjoyed sitting on the terace watching the peacocks strut their stuff. Food was excellent, we were on half board but the menu had a great choice of local sourced food. Staff were friendly, a mix of experience with young from the local village.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were met by friendly staff who showed us a video explaining the history of the site and support they gave to local farmers. The accommodation was in a wooden hut overlooking the paddy fields. The weather in the evening was not kind to us, we had torrential rain which meant it was too wet to walk over to the bar as there were no facilities close by. They do provide bikes but these were no good in heavy rain. The netting around the bed (which was to protect us against mosquitoes) had dead flies stuck in it and a large hole which meant we were batting off insects during the night. We did move rooms the next day but a hole in the netting gave us the same problem with the insects. Breakfast was lovely with friendly staff. I don’t think we would return as it was too far from Ella and we missed our creature comforts. They do need to invest in the bedrooms as they are looking tired.

Great experience I have had so far in Sri Lanka since I love the location, traditional Sri Lankan Breakfast we got and the friendly customer service by the staff. Kudos to chefs, staff specially Lakeesha & Faisal for their exceptional service.

We booked this hotel for our 2yr old daughter’s birthday. We can rate everything as 5-stars including the staff, service, food, location etc. The environment was so good, calm and everywhere is green with beautiful paddy fields. It was a good experience for all three of us to walk through paddy fields and seeing wildlife. The room was so clean. You get to see an amazing view from the restaurant and the pool. There were lot of peacocks, and my daughter enjoyed it a lot. They have arranged a small birthday surprise for her as well. Special thanks to our assigned butler and Faizal who gave us different baby food options to our little fussy eater. I should also mention about the yummy food prepared by the village ladies and the ‘pol pani’ served to us. The morning view from the restaurant was breathtaking, would love to go there again. We booked for one night only, wish we could have stayed at least for two days.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. From location to staff and definitely the food. Everything was superb. The hotel is surrounded by paddy fields and lush green forest. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We even got a personal member of staff to assist us whilst we stayed. Dilani was amazing and always with a smile. The food was made with ingredients grown at the hotel or from nearby village. You could tell it was fresh and recently harvested. Everything was delicious. The staff at the restaurant were lovely and very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and had excellent amenities. No TV's or Aircon which might be inconvenient but didn't make a difference to us. We loved it. Bicycles are provided to ride round the vast area in which this hotel is situated.

The hotel is in a very large property. Amazing staff !! Great food. The views were just spectacular.

Absolutely beautiful property. Landed here as a result of cutting another unsatisfactory hotel stay short. Wish we'd booked here for several days. Gorgeous setting, fantastic cottage lodging on a rice paddy field. Kind, attentive staff and excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. An excellent, convenient location to plan outings from as well.
