The big hotel not so far from a metro station (9 minutes). There are a lot of cafe's near here. The room is clean and enough big with separate toilet and shower-room. The view from our window is good The breakfast was really variety and tasty. I was disappointed only with drinks. It's the cool place!

The man asked me if there was one on the fourth floor. I don't think this is the service attitude that a service industry should have. Then I asked where it was on the fourth floor. He said in the laundry room. He didn't tell me the specific location of the laundry room and the specific location of the ironing machine. I asked if the ironing machine could be delivered to the room. The man said how could it be delivered to your room. I was so angry that I laughed. I hung up the phone and went to find the laundry room. There was no ironing machine inside. I called again and it was still delivered to my room. The man who delivered the things was obviously not the same person as the front desk clerk. The voice was different. The service attitude was very good and he taught me how to use it in detail. But I don't think this can cover up the bad service attitude of the front desk. I hope the management will make corrections in time. My sister can't eat any of them because she doesn't eat spicy food. However, the restaurant's sister Chen and sister Niu made rice noodles with sauce, tomatoes and eggs for my sister as a dish and took great care of her.
