I was very impressed by this hotel on all fronts.
We arrived very early, hoping just to leave our bags and return in a few hours to check in, and the front desk staff very kindly arranged for a room to be cleaned early in order to let us check in. I have to say the customer service we received was excellent at all stages of our three night stay.
The room itself was very impressive and spacious with a huge bed, luxe bathroom and electronic WC.
The breakfast offering was of a good standard and the lounge area with indoor/outdoor seating had a nice ambiance.
Laundry facilities were very good with fast industrial washer dryers. The gym facilities looked quite limited with only two machines but this wasn’t a concern for us.
Location was fine and a one minute walk to a metro station, DiDi drop offs were also very simple right outside the hotel.
I would very happily stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to travellers to Xian.

The check-in experience on the 12th was very bad. I was busy browsing and selecting hotels all morning, consulted another hotel, made a reservation on Ctrip, and planned to change hotels after breakfast and start the day's itinerary.
When we went downstairs to have breakfast, I felt that the breakfast was quite rich and tasted good. The schedule was tight, and changing hotels would waste time, so I asked my companions:
Do I have to stay for breakfast?
Really, people who travel frequently know how helpless it is to have to change hotels midway, especially when you only stay for two days in total and the schedule is tight.
Therefore, the other hotel reservation was cancelled.
However, the service remains...
I came back at around five o'clock, and the toilet paper in the cleaned room was not enough for one use of the bathroom.
It's past five o'clock, and the free meals are still not available.
I said if you can't do it, you can take it off the wall. If you promise and can't do it, you are speechless.
At around 5:50, I received a small bowl of noodles.
Let me explain, I wasn't obsessed with the free meals, it was just that my schedule was very tight and I could eat something at the hotel while packing my things as I had to go to the concerts both nights.
In fact, free meals were served at noon on the day we checked in on the 12th, but we still chose to go out for dinner. I've already spent thousands of dollars on concert tickets, so I don't mind spending a few dollars on face value.
The service review score increased from a female manager who I met by chance on the morning of the 14th. She listened carefully to my true feelings, arranged for additional fruit to be delivered upon check-in, arranged for me to be escorted to the station, acknowledged that the service was flawed and was prepared to work on improvements.
Hardware is important, but software is more important.
Attitude is important, but service skills are more important
I hope that with the efforts of this female manager, the hotel can improve.

Environment: Line 2 is just a few steps downstairs. We chose a location that is about the same distance from the Bell Tower and Xi'an North Railway Station so there aren't too many people and it's convenient to go anywhere. There are Mixue Bingcheng and convenience stores. I was surprised by the quality of the convenience store products. The ingredients are very simple, unlike ”some store” which is full of additives, and the prices are very attractive. Maybe I spent too much Shanghai currency, so everything seems good.

It is warm and clean, with smart control throughout the house. If I forget to bring something, they will contact me and help me send it back to Guangdong from thousands of miles away.
