The hotel is a good choice for people traveling to Hainan, if you don’t mind the surroundings - it’s all industrial, trucks everywhere. Room was clean, but I could smell the cigarettes the moment I entered the room. Breakfast was ok, bad coffee (no coffee machine).

環境：都挺好的
服務： 前台工作人員 都很好
早飯也有本地特色 椰絲紅糖糯嘰嘰 周邊吃的也挺多 有個小龍燚火鍋 挺好吃的 開到凌晨兩點 酒店離港口很近 方便 睡醒直接上船了

首先很感謝前台服務人員送的早餐 不過早餐建議你們弄點大眾口味的早餐 我一個東北人真是啥啥都吃不慣，其次早上我吃飯的時候我想喝水就直接去前台要了一瓶水，前台告訴我要收費，2塊錢一瓶……哪個酒店要水收費？但是還好，我説退房的時候給，結果退房的時候也沒收，要不是這附近沒有華住會，我也不會選擇維也納，（建議長期出來旅遊的朋友選擇華住旗下酒店 這一定是個友好的選擇）到了退房的時間，我想着是續鍾一兩個小時再下去，結果找了攜程，攜程告知，酒店方表明衹能續住4小時（108元）不可以續住一小時或者兩小時，我請問哪條規定不能續住一小時，這不是強買強賣這是啥？你要説給我延到3點退房我也得非常的感謝你啊對吧，畢竟我們第一次來湛江，酒店方也這麼友好對吧，結果我們剩了十幾分鐘的時候緊忙沖個澡 刷個牙 洗個臉 收拾東西 吹頭髮……點的肯德基想在房間吃也沒時間吃，衹能下來大廳吃……最後30度的徐聞……酒店大堂也不捨得開空調？？？

當天登記時因為前台工作人員的不負責任，制卡時輸錯房間了。真的太不負責任了！怎麼會制卡時給我制一張已經入住的房間的卡呢？？？？？這還不完，我發現我找錯樓層時打電話前台不接，打了好多次，最後還是自己下去解決了！

酒店的位置非常的好，就在大街邊，酒店有自己的停車場，非常的大，裏面還有自助洗車服務，非常的好，酒店的房間也很大，設施齊全，工作人員禮貌熱情，早餐品種豐富，而且酒店還是寵物友好，下次來還會選擇這裏。

去海南登島前一晚住的酒店，服務員説是今年新開業的，房間乾淨衞生，設施夠用，工作人員非常熱情，停車場很大，還有自助洗車，連洗車拖把，水槍，水桶，洗滌靈，擦車布都有，對自駕的車主來説太方便了，可惜忘了照自助洗車場照片了，大家路過的去看看吧！

酒店離高速收費站很近，趕第二天的輪渡也很方便，電車可以充電，外賣是機器人很快的送到房間，房間很新很乾凈，想表達的重點是服務很棒，小朋友晚上生病吐在床上，打電話給前台幫忙換床品，前台第一時間關心需不需要叫醫生，清潔阿姨接着進房間麻利的收拾好，還很關心小朋友，酒店各方面真的很棒。
很少評價，這次必須寫小作文！
