Satisfactory in overall

Reserved a room that was mentioned as “non smoking available” thought to be non smoking but in check in I noticed it’s smoking and when asked to change the room I was charged much higher as my room needs be “upgraded” Also they don’t have free parking. Location is the only good thing about it Otherwise didn’t like the service and amenities was old

The whole hotel gives an old impression. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and the temperature cannot be set. The bathtub is small and it's not possible to relax in it. I think there is a reason why it is cheap. There is a multi-story parking lot behind the hotel where you can park for 750 yen per night. I think the Washington Hotel in front of Yamagata Station is several times better.

The hotel is relatively old-fashioned, so you have to insert the key to have electricity. This is the first time I have seen it. The space is very enough. When I take a shower, it takes a long time to turn on the hot water. However, the room price is very low, so I don’t ask for much. There is a parking lot next to it for 750 yen. Park for one night.

I came to Yamagata for an event and stayed at this hotel. The room was small, but it was nice that there was a large public bath! Also, breakfast was included and the rice was very delicious! I will definitely stay here again if I visit Yamagata again!

There is also a hotel-only indoor parking lot next to it, which costs 700 yen per night. If you just want to park overnight, there are other cheaper parking options nearby. There are also many restaurant options nearby.
