The hotel has been newly opened for more than half a year, and the hardware is immature except for the software; 2. The service is super good. The beachfront location was nice. However, we found a few small bugs on my son's bed, possibly because we opened the window, which made me restless all night, constantly feeling like there were bugs in the bed. The customer service lady was very good; she immediately offered to change our room. But when checking out, the front desk didn't believe us about the bugs and even suggested we had opened the window, which left a bad taste in our mouths. Overall, it was decent and good value for money.
