TheForkUserVery good Italian. Wonderfully spaced tables which is unusual in many restaurants these days. The owner/ maitre d was charming and very helpful when taking our order. Drinks and starter arrived as expected. A bit of a longer wait for our main. I suspect as many people having the tasting menu and kitchen a bit busy. We could also have been tempted for dessert but took too long for staff to ask if we wanted it. Would visit again despite this as food good and service was on the okay side of slow.

TheForkUserFirst class food in a stunning modern building with beautiful view of the lake. Plenty of eager, professional staff to look after us. Only criticism is that two women’s toilets is probably not enough for such a large restaurant.

TheForkUserVal Moret is an amazing restaurant serving fresh locally sourced produce and cooked by a first class chef. I had the fillet of beef with Morel sauce and an assortment of tasty vegetables and a cheese board and both hit the spot. I would not hesitate to recommend this truly first class restaurant.

TheForkUserWe were visiting Troyes in France, and were looking for a place to eat. We stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to eat here. It is a small restaurant with a nice ambiance. The host was very friendly and the service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend anyone who is into French food and great wine. The host speaks English as well, so that was great for tourists like us.

TheForkUserBooked on the back of good reviews on The Fork and due to discount. Service was slow and after we ordered they came back to say that they had run out of steak. Given 3 of us had ordered steaks and we watched the other customers get steak which we didn’t this was very poor - why would a steak restaurant run out of steak!In addition they served us last even making us sit while another table ate starters and then they got their main courses before us. Very poor.
