We bumped into Madame Lan restaurant by accident because our tour met at the restaurant so we went the night before to check it out.  We were pleasantly surprised to learn it is a Michelin select restaurant.  We ate here 3 nights in a row: night 1 hot pot crab, pork, beef (sorry photo is afterwards 🤣), then night 2 we had spring rolls, peppered beef salad and the fish with green sauce and red chili sauce (in photo).  Tonight we had the Vietnamese egg pancake you wrap in rice paper with added vegetables plus grouper in a hot pot.  Nice ambiance, service and great food.
