There is a significant value in the product served by promoting local Italian products.The ambiance very relaxing and the most attractive part of this restaurant is the local products on sale with a vast assortment of wines. Every bite is a masterpiece and their Spritz is delicious! I really enjoyed my lunch here and would eat here every day if I could!

TheForkUserNot only was the sushi creative and delicious, the staff went out of their way to make our evening special. Someone in our family wasn’t feeling well and there are no taxis in the area. Without hesitation, the staff offered to drive us home and refused to take any money for it. Truly service and small town kindness at its best. Grazie mille

The ingredients were fresh and the food was delicious! Particularly enjoyed the meatballs, Orecchiette cemi di rapa and the Bombette. The interior was tastefully decorated, modern and clean. The service was attentive and fast (special thanks to our waiter for making us feel welcome and at home). Overall, a great experience that I recommend if you’re in the area!

We had an appi featuring different olive oils paired with the proper foods to eat them with. Had a roasted Octopus that was cut with a fork it was so tender. Great desserts and house made Amaro. Well worth a visit.

Ordered their appetizer of assorted cold cuts and cheese. I don’t like ricotta cheese so they were flexible and gave us 2 burrata cheeses.Definitely book through The Fork and specify you want outdoor seating with a view. Also recommend booking early in the evening. We came at 7:00, we were the only people there but it got busy and full really fast.

TheForkUserWe were driving to Bari from Lecce and wanted to break for lunch. This popped up and the place is chic and has a elegant ambience for a celebration as well. We were there for casual lunch and the service was extremely friendly, patient and polite. We ordered our dishes as we ate as we couldn’t decide how much we wanted to eat and the food arrived quickly as we ordered. Seafood of sea bass, prawns, scallops, salmon were fresh and light and the sushi rice well seasoned. Highly recommended!

We shared between two people two appetizers, on pasta, and one meat. There was a reasonable amount of food served for each plate so we were content between those four things. The restaurant is inside a cave and attached to a hotel and spa. La dispensa di aquatio should not be missed!

The oysters were simply the best I have had anywhere, a real standout, ( and I love oysters.) Excellent seabass and very nice swordfish. For fresh seafood , this was very hard to beat.
