This is a good restaurant. It offers a 7-course fixed menu with several amuse Bouche to complement. It&rsquo;s in the middle of Kitzbuhel. The food quality is good but some tastes were too intense for me (like the poulet souffl&eacute; which we did not really like). The desserts were out of this world. Exceptional ambience and service.

Daniel&lsquo;s is a gem on its own in Swarovski Kristallwelten. When we&rsquo;ve been there on a hot July day, the menu was full of light summery dishes, wine was properly chilled and the service was friendly and attentive

The menu offers a varied and appealing selection of delicious, carefully prepared dishes, with excellent desserts such as the strudel.

We had an excellent experience at this restaurant although we were unaware that if we wanted the fondue menu you must order it at least 24 hours in advance.  We went back two days later for the fondue and it was the best we&rsquo;ve ever had. So so good!!
