TheForkUserPleasant lunch in what must have been a leading city centre hotel. Service was excellent in a rear garden with attractive wisteria canopy. Food choice maybe rather simple and limited for lunch but okay on a sunny day. Hopefully a more sophisticated menu for evening meals. TheForkUserA privilege to dine here. This was our fourth visit though living only 10 km away it's hard to say why we haven't been more often. A location for a special dining experience that's appropriately priced but the quality matches the cost. The three course menu actually comprised six dishes with stylish amuse bouche and petit fours. Every dish was superb! Even the bread was spectacular. Luckily the dishes are detailed with the source of their ingredients - almost all local. We will certainly visit their local Boulangerie ! Not only the exquisite food but the charming service and impressive exterior views (white swans on a lighted lake.... and daffodils in bloom in January!) increased the pleasure!
