Well constructed courses, intentional flavours, clear devotion to representing seasonal and regional ingredients. Flow of dishes was seamless without losing the uniqueness of each one. Service was outstanding. The waitstaff is easily at 2 star level, and paid attention to details which usually only exist at the 3 star level. Good value menus and the wine list was very competitive compared to many restaurants especially at this level of good quality food. This cosy inn is in lovely off the main road village that is not ov by touristy and has some nice little shops displaying locally made pottey items.
