The vibe was casual— which is what we wanted after three hours touring Versailles The wait staff was very helpful and friendly and kind. Loved the selection of appetizers in small glasses. My friend said the squid ink pasta was one of the best dishes he had in Paris! The chocolate mousse dessert was heavenly. Highly recommend.Helio's

Picrure of Le Salamandre could be the defining image in wikipedia for such place. Amazing food. Reserve your table via the well functioning online service during high season. As someone with extensive experience in Indian cuisine, both from cooking it myself and from several trips to India, I can confidently say the dishes here tasted authentic—like a trip to India, but without leaving the city.We ordered Tikka Masala, Korma, and Butter Chicken, and all three were excellently prepared. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, showcasing the depth of Indian culinary traditions. To my great relief—and especially my daughter’s—none of the dishes were overly spicy. This made the meal much more enjoyable for her, as she’s not a fan of spiciness. Despite that, the taste was true to the original recipes I’ve enjoyed in India.Another highlight was how easy it was to share the dishes. The portions were perfect for tasting a bit of everything, allowing everyone to enjoy a variety of flavors. It turned the meal into a shared adventure that we all loved.Le Parnasse
