A solid family spot. The kids' menu has a few decent options, and the staff were really patient with my little one. The main dining area is a bit bright and loud, but the booths in the corner are more comfortable.

Been here a few times. It’s a nice, quiet spot on Oxford Road. The inside is simple but feels right. Good for a relaxed dinner when you don’t want any fuss.

Renaizance is our go-to for a catch-up. The Palak is so good we always order it. The vibe is just right for a group - not too loud, so you can actually hear your friends. The staff are really chill about us hanging around after we've finished eating.

Been coming here for years. Their lamb biryani is always spot on, never had a bad one. The meat is tender, rice is fragrant. It's my usual order.

The mixed grill is a solid portion. Lamb and chicken were still moist in the takeaway box, which is a plus.

Great lunch spot for a quick bite. The tacos hit the spot. Shoutout to Jarna and Genelle for being so on top of things - got my order out fast and were really friendly. Exactly what I needed on a busy day.

The chef's creativity is remarkable! Each dish is a work of art, especially the aubergine falafel and lamb, which are among the best I've ever tasted. The attention to detail in every bite is impressive.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The chicken curry was really flavourful, tender meat and a rich sauce. Service was quick and friendly. Place is spotless. Might come back if I'm around again.

Friendly staff, they were really good about my dietary restrictions. Food was tasty, portions were big enough that we had leftovers to take home. Nice place to stop in.

Decent portions for the price. You can tell they're using good ingredients - the chicken in my curry was properly tender, not that rubbery stuff you sometimes get. A solid choice if you're after a filling meal.

The staff were so kind and attentive during our family event. They put together a generous buffet that catered to everyone's needs, which made a difficult day much easier. A very thoughtful service.

Been coming here for years, and their Sunday roast is always spot on. The beef is always cooked just right, never dry. It's the one thing I know I can count on.

The staff were so kind and thoughtful. They handled everything for us, which made a difficult occasion feel a bit easier. Really appreciated that.

Just popped in for lunch in this lovely village pub. The haddock and chips were spot on, really fresh and the batter was light. Nice pint to go with it. Staff were friendly, made it a relaxed stop.

A pleasant lunch in the garden. The fish was cooked nicely, and the staff were friendly. It was a bit of a wait for the main course, but a fine spot for a relaxed afternoon.

Popped in for a quick bite. The lamb and churros were spot on. Portions are small, but that's fine for tapas. Just don't come starving.

A welcome return to a cherished place for us, and a pleasure to introduce it to an old friend. Excellent food in convivial surroundings.

Oxtail was fantastic. Juicy, tender, fell right off the bone. That's it. My go-to spot in Reading.

Walked in for a coffee, ended up with the carrot cake. That pistachio cream was something else. Staff were quick, had the table cleared before I'd even finished my latte.

Nice quiet Sunday dinner. They swapped out a dish for us without any fuss when we mentioned it wasn’t quite right. Quick and easy.

Booked a table for six, no fuss at all. The veggie options are solid – had the mushroom risotto. Their wine list is decent, found a nice Pinot Noir that worked well with it. A bit on the pricier side for what it is, but the service was smooth.

The staff were really attentive with my dairy-free request and even adjusted the curry's sweetness. A very considerate spot.

Lovely, warm space. The decor is thoughtful without being overdone. We sat by the window and the whole place just felt clean and inviting. Food arrived promptly, which was nice.
