Been here a few times. It’s a nice, quiet spot on Oxford Road. The inside is simple but feels right. Good for a relaxed dinner when you don’t want any fuss.

Renaizance is our go-to for a catch-up. The Palak is so good we always order it. The vibe is just right for a group - not too loud, so you can actually hear your friends. The staff are really chill about us hanging around after we've finished eating.

Been coming here for years. Their lamb biryani is always spot on, never had a bad one. The meat is tender, rice is fragrant. It's my usual order.

The Turkish eggs with sausage for brunch were spot on. Perfectly runny yolks, the sausage had a nice kick to it. Really hit the spot and kept me going all afternoon. Portion was generous.

The coffee here is genuinely good. Full-bodied, smooth, and they serve it at the right temperature. Staff are always cheerful, which is a nice touch. Food's tasty too, but honestly, I keep coming back for that perfect cup.

The pizza crust was spot on, just like the ones I've had in NYC. But for the price, I was expecting a slightly bigger portion.

The staff really knew their stuff, especially with the wine pairings. They suggested a fantastic red that went perfectly with my steak. Made the whole evening flow nicely.

The food was delicious, but honestly, the portions felt a bit small for the price. I left still feeling a little peckish. It's a shame because the flavours were really good.

The staff were so kind. They noticed I had a few bags and offered to help carry them to my car. It's a small thing, but it made me feel genuinely looked after.

The food quality at Cecconi’s is consistently impressive. The beef tartare and truffle pizza were outstanding, and the attentive service made the experience even better.

Easy to book and modify booking . Staff super friendly, smart and wecoming.Great explaination about the food , and recommendations about the sharing platter, . Enjoyed the honey wine that led to discussions about mead . Delicious lamb, all veg nicely spiced , injira pancake tasty with a strange texture. Loved that it all felt authentic food

The food at this pub is exceptional, with highlights like the gnocchi and cauliflower popcorn. The staff are warm and professional, enhancing the dining experience.

Came here with a few mates after work. We were stuffed but decided to share their tiramisu anyway. So glad we did! It's honestly up there with the best I've had. The coffee flavour was spot on, not too sweet. Perfect for sharing with friends.

Nice relaxed spot for a casual dinner. Portions are generous, which I appreciate. Prices are fair for what you get. The food was solid, though my main arrived just a touch cooler than I'd like. Still, a good, straightforward meal.

The cheese and onion fries were the highlight. Got a sample portion just for asking. Crispy outside, soft inside, with a sharp cheese sauce and sweet caramelised onions. The portion sizes here are generous for the price, but those fries are the thing to get.

Really liked the relaxed vibe here, perfect for a group dinner. The wine list had some interesting local options that paired nicely with our meal.

Been coming here for years, and the quiet, cozy vibe is always spot on. Never too loud, even on a Saturday night. Just a nice, relaxed place to unwind with good food.

Was a bit chilly inside, but the eggs benedict made up for it. Hollandaise sauce was spot on, not too runny. Latte was solid too.

The Goan fish curry was the star for me. Just the right amount of heat, and the portion was huge—ended up taking half of it home! Good value for a proper, flavourful meal.

The steak with Dijon mushroom sauce was the star for me. The sauce had a nice tang that worked so well with the meat. Portions are definitely generous, so I was glad I skipped lunch! The linguine looked great at the next table, too.

Been here a few times. It's got a relaxed vibe, good for a quiet pint. Crowd's always friendly. A nice change from the noisier pubs nearby.

The vegan menu is clearly labelled, which was a relief. They were also really good about my friend's nut allergy - double-checked everything without any fuss. Makes dining out so much easier when you don't have to interrogate the staff.

The fish and chips are solid, the batter is crisp and the chips are proper. It does get packed on match days, so the kitchen can get a bit backed up. Just double-check the bill if you're there during a rush, they've had a slip-up or two.

Been coming here for years. Their steamed seabass is always spot on, never greasy.

Stopped by for the Sunday roast. The beef was really good, and they give you a lot of it. The sticky toffee pudding was the highlight though, shared one with my mate.

Lovely spot by the river, you can see the weir. The food was tasty, no complaints there. But the portions felt a bit small for the price, especially the main course. Left still feeling a bit peckish, which was a shame.

Such a cosy old pub, with all these faded town photos on the walls. You can really feel the history here, just sitting with a drink. The whole place has a lovely, gentle vibe.
