Service was spot on even though it was packed. Our waiter checked in a few times but never hovered. Felt relaxed the whole time.

The menu had plenty of options for our group, including some nice vegetarian dishes. It made ordering really easy. The chairs were comfortable too, which was a nice touch for a longer dinner.

The lunch deal is a steal. Went for the pasta, and the portion was huge for the price. Could barely finish it. Good, simple food.

Quiet lunch, just what I needed. The food arrived steaming hot, which was lovely. Service was prompt, no fuss. Felt like a little escape in the middle of the day.

The onion bhaji and sag paneer were really good. The naan was huge, honestly could have shared one between two of us. Everything tasted fresh, not oily. Good portions for the price.

Lovely spot for a quiet dinner. The staff were really helpful when I couldn't decide what to order, and their suggestion was spot on. The food was tasty and the portions generous. A very comfortable experience overall.

Kayleigh was so good with our big group, especially the kids. She kept everything running smoothly, and we could actually relax and enjoy the meal. That kind of attention is hard to find.

Fantastic curry house near Newbury train station. Great menu selection, where you can customise the heat of every menu item depending on your preference. Food was first class. Good service and pleasant decor. Highly recommended.

Grabbed burgers here with my mates last night. The patties were flame-grilled just right, you could really taste it. Fresh and not burnt at all. Perfect spot for a casual catch-up.

Lovely spot with the outdoor seating. Grace was so friendly and helpful, really made us feel welcome. The food was good too, nice and simple.

Just moved here and tried this Indian takeaway. Sam at the bar was so welcoming, made me feel right at home.

The mains are a fair price, but the starters and desserts felt a bit steep. Still, you get what you pay for in terms of quality.

Popped in for a quick bite after work. The spicy chicken bowl is always a solid choice, never disappoints. Good for a takeaway when you can't be bothered to cook.

Been coming here for years, and the quality never dips. That's why I keep coming back.

The frozen yoghurt machine was actually working! I hadn't seen it in years. It was a lovely, cool treat. The seating area was a bit cramped, but it was a nice surprise to end the meal with.

Been coming here for years, and the new lamb biryani is a proper win. Just as good as the old favourites. That depth of flavour keeps me coming back.

What a beautiful venue! The garden is stunning and perfect for a peaceful meal. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I can't wait to return!

Steve was our server. Just the right amount of chatty and funny, never overbearing. He remembered we liked extra lime with our drinks. That personal touch, you know? Made the whole evening feel a bit more relaxed and special.

The refurb has really warmed the place up. It's so cosy now. Loved the view from the back over the playing fields, just perfect for a quiet pint.

The team really knew their stuff, especially about gluten-free dishes. I asked to tweak my order and they sorted it out with no fuss. Really helpful when you're trying something new.

Food's solid, but service gets a bit slow on busy weekends – feels like they're juggling a lot of takeaway orders.

Been dropping by for years. The food’s always fresh and tasty, just how I remember it. Service is spot on. Feels like a solid deal for what you get.

Been coming here for years, and the smoked trout on scrambled eggs is still my go-to. Just as good as ever.

Had to dash early, but they boxed up my meal without any fuss. Really appreciate how they handled my dietary needs so smoothly. Quick and hassle-free, exactly what I needed.

Lovely spot for a post-walk lunch. The ploughman's platter was generous, loads of cheese, chutney, and a proper pork pie. Felt like good value for the Cotswolds, honestly. Could easily share one between two if you're not starving.

The chicken Rasta burger is my go-to. You can really taste the freshness of the grilled chicken and the crisp veggies. The app ordering is handy, though I do miss a bit of the personal touch. A solid choice for a healthy-ish treat!

The menu is small but everything is cooked well. Good wine list and they include tea or coffee.

Multiple screens showing different sports, so our group could watch both football and rugby. Drinks were a bit pricey for a pub, but the atmosphere was good for the game.

The staff really know their stuff. They helped me pick a sake that went perfectly with the grilled eel, explaining the pairing without being pushy. Unlimited green tea is a nice bonus, too.
