TheForkUserOn arrival one female staff member was less than impressed they had customers turn up before they were ready . It was our first time eating in the new bistro, the doors were open and we were 8 minutes early. We were totally ignored. All other staff in the gaming room and later in the night were very obliging. Shame it started off so badly. It left a bad taste.
