_TI***guI’m a frequent traveler and stayed for 08 nights at this property. Front desk staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Here I wish to make a special mention about the Concierge Ms. Nanami Yamaguchi who started to help me prior to my departure from Hong Kong. She was very prompt to respond to my email queries. The day after I checked-in she guided me thoroughly in planning my day to sightseeing and suggested a clear subway/taxi travelling route to various attractions each day. Even during my stay she replied to my emails while I’m away from the hotel. She is one amongst the Best concierge I met during my traveling.Kyoumichitoyooka
