Came here on a regular Tuesday night, no fuss. The grilled octopus was spot on, tender and smoky. Place was busy but not crazy. Service was fine, nothing fancy. Prices fair for what you get. I&#39;d go back if I&#39;m in the area again.

Cheap eats, no complaints. Sandwich for a euro and a beer. Place was packed though, took a while to get served. Fine if you&#39;re not in a rush.

Wonderful restaurant. Delicious food and gracious staff. If we return to Lisbon we will definately dine at Tulsi again.

Unfortunately this was the second time I was there taking some friends who visited me, and the food quality wasn&rsquo;t as with previous experiences. My fish was still raw on certain parts and didn&rsquo;t meet my expectations as I would be used to from other Portuguese restaurants.
