Following an opening salvo of Kir, we had the good fortune to order the Plancha De Empanadas and we’re coached on the order in which to sample them. One featured a delightful marriage of corn and mace. Another meat and coriander- based pastry exploded with heat when paired with our Coleccion Santa Julia Shiraz-Malbec.
