With flawless execution and attention to detail, they take the basics of traditional Chinese cuisine (drawing on influences from Cantonese, Sichuan and other local cuisines) and combine it with high-end ingredients from outside China (such as wagyu or Iberico pork) to create a mindblowing experience.
