TheForkUserLovely spot in Turin, somewhat hidden from the outside. Authentic traditional Piedmontese food. We speak a bit of Italian but the waiters switched to English and were friendly. Food was very tasty and the house red was nice. Except for one table we only saw Italians here. I would recommend this place 100%.

Finally Summer has arrived and there is no more relaxing place to have a Perfect Lunch before heading to the wineries around the Lugana area. Take the opportunity at least once to climb the Torre before Lunch - it is worth it and You could do well with some exercise before the opulent meal.

We ordered “zizzona” and 6 more pizza (2 of them gluten free). We waited 40 minutes for “zizzona” because of gluten free focaccia (they said). At 21:40 the pizza wasn’t ready and we had to complain that we arrived at 20:00 sharp. End of history? One of us had to leave at 21:50 without eating, the others had a very bad burned pizza that ended to rise in the stomac all night long, all other customer arrived later and finished earlier. The justification of 20’ cooking time for gluten free is not believable when you spend 2 hours waiting

The portions were just perfect sizes too.The flavours of the tartars accompanied by fruits was definitely something to remember! I would have them again next time.The deer stew was really really tender, melting in your mouth and perfectly seasoned. I think this dish was the perfect match with the Terratico di Bibbona wine. Will definitely remember this dish.The crocodile burger for me was top too. If you are a person who craves fillet-o-fish and the texture of chicken, it is definitely a dish to try. Delicious combination of the sauces as well for this dish.I was very happy to check out this restaurant. A bit out of my regular budget for a dinner, but for sure a dinner to remember and return in the near future.
