Stopped in for a quick bite. Place was pretty empty, so service was fast. The food was the star &ndash; flavors were really balanced, not greasy at all. You can tell they care about what they&rsquo;re putting out.

The service was outstanding during our visit, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening.

Their bun bo hue is legit, spicy and rich. Pho broth is solid. Veggie options are decent. Just a reliable spot for a quick, no-fuss bowl.

The hot bar is a solid choice. The lemon chicken was pretty good, and the mac and cheese is decent. It&#39;s a nice, simple meal for the price per pound. The place was just a bit crowded when I went.
