The menu had loads of vegan and gluten-free choices, which was nice. I went for the vegan nachos and an oat milk latte. The whole place just felt really relaxed and easy.

The warm Whortleberry and Apple Cake was lovely, especially with the clotted cream. My loose leaf tea was a great match for it, not too strong. A very pleasant way to end a meal.

Been coming here for years, and the crab sandwich never disappoints. It's always packed with fresh, flaky crab meat, just the right amount of mayo. That consistency keeps me coming back.

A proper old-school tea room. The egg and cress sandwich was spot on - fresh bread, filling just right. Scones were warm, clotted cream generous. It's the sort of place you'd take your mum. A bit quiet on a Tuesday afternoon, but that was nice.

Been coming here for years. The fish and chips is always spot on - crispy batter, fresh fish. It’s the one thing I know I can count on. A solid meal for under £15.
