The miso pork bone ramen was a solid choice, with a rich and flavorful soup. I really appreciated having the different condiments right at the table. It made it so easy to adjust the taste just the way I wanted.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in the ski resort. The elegant lunch options, like the shabu-shabu, are worth the price, and the view from the top floor adds to the overall experience.

A cozy, old-fashioned soba spot. The seats are comfortable and well-spaced, which is so nice. I had the classic cold soba. It was a very relaxing, no-fuss lunch.

Grabbed some skewers to go. They're big, packed with flavor, and still tasted great when I got home. Perfect for a quick bite on the run.
