TheForkUserThe food and atmosphere were both exceptional! The service was first class, I even had to remind myself to leave the wine bottle alone as the waiters or waitresses were very attentive and poured every drink for us! The food was top class and this restaurant definitely deserves its number one spot on Cheltenham’s Trip Advisor!

The Macdonald Bear Restaurant

TheForkUserWe were very happy with the food and the service. However when we came to pay -expecting the. £20 discount as we booked through Fork. The Staff denied being Fork members. That was the only disappointment of the everning.As we use Macdoonald Bear as our choice please reassure us that it is a Fork restaurant.jThank you.

TheForkUserThe waiters were very attentive and polite. We enjoyed a 3 course meal. The kalamari and sticky toffee pudding fell a bit short but everything else was good. The pork loin was particularly flavoursome and succulent. The tables are well spaced out and the decor was very pleasing on the eye. I would dine here again
